If you're looking for a cheap place to stay in that's near to restaurants and department stores, Sampaguita Tourist Inn is good for you. Good side: 1. Rooms are cheap. You can stay in an air-conditioned room with TV for 600 pesos. 2. Near fast food chains, restaurants and department stores. You can eat and buy things you need with relative ease. 3. They serve food here. Although the selection is not fancy, they offer a wide selection of delicious Filipino breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Bad side: 1. Bed and room seems not clean enough. 2. CR is not as clean as you'd expect but usable. 3. No WIFI. WIFI is only available in the lobby. You need to get out of the room to access the Internet. 4. TV is CRT not LED/LCD. 5. Asks 200 pesos deposit for towel and remote though one can get the amount upon checkout. 6. Receptionist are a bit rude and unfriendly.

Just your low budget kind of hotel. If you can't take the dirty CR, poor service and some dirty pillows this is not the hotel for you. Although if you're the cowboy type this one's for you. Cheap price on the list. Check in and check out is 12noon.

A very affordable hotel in the center of Naga city. Rooms are not maintained, bidet, flush and hot shower are not working. Very accessible to other businesses like banks, convenience store, fast foods and many more.

Nice place. The inn is affordable and clean. It is located at business district of the city. Banks, church, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. are just few steps away. The view from the top floors of the inn is also great. Nice view looking at the river. A budget place to stay during your vacation.

Ideal for a traveler on a budget. Don't expect much as they do not offer free wifi services, but the location is ideal as most food chains are just a five-minute walk away. Solo room (with AC) is priced at 550. They also have matrimonial and family rooms. Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is 12 noon the next day.

Staffs are friendly and accomodating. Their price is of great value. But their rooms, some are not clean, specially their running water, but not all rooms are untidy, there still good and neat.

Our room and its comfort room was dirty and also the water. The towel and bedsheets are colored. It would be better if they're white for cleanliness... the walls and ceilings have cobwebs. The only thing I liked about it is the location because it is accessible.

Budget hotel for travelers. Location is very nice, accessible for all establishments like restaurants, shops, malls, and terminal of buses. Very nice to stay for peñafrancia festival. But price for this season goes up to twice the regular rate. Single room, twin, and family rooms are available. They don't accept reservation only walk in.

What do u expect from a budget hotel. It's just a place to sleep w/ cheaper budget.Don't have high expectation on rooms. But the location is good. It is in the center of Naga city and walking distance feom everywhere. They have parking space.

It was fine.. very basic but still decent than the branch on the main road. Staff are accomodating whenever I asked something. I had sinigang na baka there and I was satisfied with the taste. Meal price range from 80- 150 if not mistaken

No other place to check-in when in Naga City, affordable, malinis, maganda view sa balcony, very relaxing after a long working days.

Me and my wife had a good sleep, very reasonable price for an overnight’s stay. Room for improvement in maintaining their CR.
