Iam staying in Vaisakhi and it's very good

Been there for a while, but seems the place and amenities are VERY Expensive for the location and Life Style (based on Job Opportunities you get). Here, 1000sft 2BHK is around 65L, where in i have put same investment opposite to Cyber Towers, Hyderabad for a 1400sft 3BHK a year ago, where i get a rent of 45k. Do we get same rent here or expect same Salaries/opportunities in this area to lead a good lifestyle like Hi-Tech City today???? Why is it so expensive?
