This is a must visit, because of the view. It is Lake facing on one side and city facing on other two sides. Especially if you visit by 6-6.30 pm. The food is fine but it is Indian food. I would have loved variety. The price is definitely is in higher side. The bar is also good with fine options of wine , cocktails and other drinks. Draught beer was not there when I visited. If it could have been combined with great food, would have loved it.

Stayed here for two nights in May, check in process was incredibly smooth and staff were really polite. They've got a really nice rooftop bar and while the music is less than impressive, the views make up for it! Ayan from their ops team is particularly welcoming and kind, must have checked in with me at least 3-4 different times during the stay. Quite a personalized experience which makes it worth revisiting!

For the cheap price point this is a very good place to stay in Bangalore. Quite decent and clean rooms. Service was great and staff were friendly. Breakfast spread was not very elaborate but the quality and options were quite good for a decent breakfast. Definitely staying here again.

I Would rate them 5/5, in terms of ambience in rooms, amenities, cleanliness, hospitality and the best is Food. Great menu and what a taste!!! Regarding location, there is lot of construction going on nearby and if you take wrong road, you will have next U-turn, a couple of Kms. That is something, I didn't like, but this is something they can't help much with.

Stayed here numerous times for 7 to 12 days each time. Before and after the pandemic. It keeps getting better. My favorite part is Santosh the Cafe manager. So much excellent food and service!! I am here again for ten days right now!

One thing stood above everything else. The service. The staff here are excellent and trained to provide great customer service from the reception to restaurants to room service. As an example, at the restaurant there was an error in the meal ordered by my son. When I subsequently pointed this out, the staff apologised and then went beyond. One of the managers, Junaid, in addition to the apology gave a free buffet meal to the whole family that night (New Year's Eve). We accepted and the food was extremely well made and presented. We all enjoyed the hotel so much that I will now be making it a regular part of my itinerary whenever I visit Bangalore. Keep it up Courtyard staff.

They pay attention to the details... It was my son's birthday so they brought a cake to our room. During breakfast, it was a busy morning and I asked the chef for eggs Benedict, but noticed that he had many orders so I said to forget it. But he insisted and made a delicious eggs Benedict for my wife and myself. His name is Chintu. My only negative feedback is the location, which is on a congested street.

Costly but Worth than anything. The hotel ambience was so good, kudos to receptionist and service employees what a politeness they have. All the day usage materials are present inside the room, multi flavour tea bags are there. Foods are amazing. Swimming pool is good.

Forgettable stay! Everything from the Booking experience to service to room - was disappointing. Untrained and unmotivated staff - poor tech systems. Food was the only saving grace deserving the 2 stars out of 5. Our plight started from the time we booked ! A day after booking with vouchers issued, we were informed that there was a tech glitch and the category of rooms booked for us aren't actually available. After settling down the issue - where they downgraded one of the two rooms - without reducing the price - and throwing in unwanted freebies. Yet when we were checking in - we were again told after issuing key card for a room, that there is a tech glitch and second room key would take 5 minutes. It actually took more than 40 minutes. After this was issued to us we wanted to go on lunch and we were informed that it was already 2.55 pm and restaurant does not take order after 3 pm - well it wasn't our fault, they wasted 40-45 minutes. They did not even offer or suggest any alternate arrangement. The room (Junior Suite) was pathetic. It was a very small and cramped up area - no place to move around (in the living area, sleeping area or the rest room) and one door blocking another. All switches were black in colour and very difficult to locate in low light. Several other issues. Our booking had access to Executive Lounge. Their website said Lounge access is from 6 am to 10 pm - whereas actually it was only from 5.30 to 8.30 or so. The staff at the Lounge wasn't very happy with the supplies there - they were cribbing that they did not have the right ingredients to make Mocktails or Cocktails. Room service too was bad on both days - several reminders had to be sent to get even something as simple as a fruit platter or a coffee. The staff had no basic information about their own restaurant timings and nearby places. The SUV given for Airport drop was in bad shape. A long list of issues but final verdict is - please avoid this property.

I have a lovely stay at this hotel on my first time visit to India. The staff was very welcoming and supportive. The food is very delicious. They give attention to every customer and try to satisfy their needs. Waiters are always available to serve customers. The chiefs personally have cooked vegan meal for me and it was beyond my expectations. They are also very generous with the portions. Thank you for the great experience.

We were there for two weeks while searching for rental accommodation. The rooms were very well kept with all the basic amenities for a long stay. But the room size was a bit small considering two of us had to WFH. Service was very standard. Housekeeping, Reception , Security, valet - all were very helpful. We got a little bored with the buffet's menu though at the Hebbal restaurant as there was little to no variation in it and we had to have breakfast and dinner there for 2 weeks. Overall the stay was very comfortable and satisfactory.

We had our staycation here over a weekend. I booked the stay over their app which gave the best rate compared to any other platforms. We chose the executive room with lounge and two meals package. You can check-in via app to make it an easy task. The front desk were very friendly and completed our check-in process quickly and provided a room of our choice. We had a room in top floor with Lake view. The room is equipped with a flat TV and also a table and chair with table lamp. The room was well stocked with toiletries and beverages ready mixes. There was a mini-refrigerator as well. The hotel has two in-house restaurant, one on terrace which is more like a pub and another one on the 1st floor which is where the breakfast and dinner is served. There is a lounge as well on the 7th floor which has limited eating options but unlimited servings of food and beverages - both soft and hard. This was the highlight of our package I would say. The only part which could be improved is on power fluctuation, which resulted in multiple instances of short power disruption. Overall, the stay was very comfortable with good food. Staff are very friendly, as would be in any big hotel chain. Looking forward for next visit.

Was here for the restaurant The Hebbal cafe! Well my wife found coupon for this 5 star cafe which costs Rs 1000 per person for a buffet here in NearBuy app. Usually costs Rs1500 buy got good deal. The ambience n food quality was excellent. The non veg dishes were less but they tasted good. Their live counters for pasta was excellent! The desert requires to be more tasty. Overall enjoyed the food here. Parking for two wheelers and four wheelers in basement.

BUT, on the ground floor, I asked a gentleman in the counter for my Bonvoy number, he looked not at all interested to communicate with me. Nice hotel in the Hebbal vicinity overlooking the Nagawara lake. The hospitality and service is good - also fast. The ballroom / banquet hall is in basement which is not very ideal. The ceiling is also quite low which makes the space look congested. The bar and open space in terrace is very nice. Overlooks looks the serene lake - I am sure, evenings will be wonderful to relax here.

Very nice. Friendly helpful service. I don't know if it's a true 5-Star, but it was a very comfortable stay in a rather crazy city. Laundry service was excellent and the buffet was always a great choice when trying to keep things simple. The pool was fairly cold and not perfectly clean, but I swam in it each morning because it was great at sunrise.
