A lovely place to take a stroll, and often there are local arts and crafts or other local displays.

It's a roundabout with flags on it. Can be tricky to get across to due to the traffic. It's nice and well maintained and displays a nice exhibit in the the centre.

Getting wet on a hot day always good to visit

Besides the noise of all the traffic and the speed at which the traffic is zooming past, it's a nice plaza to visit with all of the flags. If you have to come near here it's worth a visit although. It sure I'd go too far out of my way to go.

As the name says - a small Plaza with various nations flags. Little shade or places to sit but a nice end to a walk along the prado from plaza colon.

Nothing special,but there is free wifi and a lot of places to eat nearby. I wouldn't go out of my way for a visit here.

probably the only public place in Cochabamba where you will see George Washington carved in stone along side other influential figures of the freedom and democratic zone.

That horn monument needs to be relocated

How does this qualify as a tourist attraction? It's a traffic roundabout with some flags around the inner circle. If you like this, try watching paint dry too; you won't be disappointed.
