Tasty food. We enjoyed the tasty hot crispy chicken and smoky chicken combo. We loved it. Burger was also superb.

Ordered 4pc hot and crispy chicken and medium fries. The chicken was not properly marinated and was slightly oily compared to usual KFC standards. The fries were alright. The ambience is good and service is fast.

Felt like the buns were slightly overcooked as it was giving me an overall burnt taste with each bite, Service was good 👍🏼

I Visited today with family , but Not a standard KFC Burger, 🍔 it's waste of money? Pls don't spoil the franchise name, it's request or improve the quality as KFC? The meat is not well cooked and the burger bun is not oven cooked, the burger is just spreading some mayonnaise and sliced cabbages.. that's it, I tasted KFC burger India and some foreign countries, Kanhangad KFC teams Pls try to improve the real standard?

Title: Disappointed with KFC's Service and Policies I recently visited my local KFC in Kanhangad and unfortunately, I must say that I was really disappointed with their service and policies. It's disheartening to write a negative review, but I feel it's important to share my experience. First, let's talk about the service. The staff seemed completely uninterested and unmotivated to assist customers. They lacked proper communication skills and it felt like they were just going through the motions. I had to wait for an excessive amount of time to place my order, and even then, the employees seemed clueless about the menu items they were supposed to be serving. Moreover, I was appalled by the nonsensical rules they had in place. For instance, KFC was not providing Pepsi on that particular day. I found it absurd that a well-known fast-food chain like KFC. Not providing Pepsi take away they saying only online there providing .

Ordered for family pack KFC and got fried chicken pieces in CFC cover... Chicken pieces not cooked properly and oil drops flushing out of each piece. Doubt if it's original KFC or not.

I think dubai kfc is better than india kfc. Becose of size and taste 😊. And also French frize. But good serves as well as cleaned place. Washroom facilities are available Here its in second floor. Aged peoples like wealchair facilities not applicable. But we can take out food from hear.

Starting from ordering food, it took some time to get to to the counter. On the counter only one was used to take order, not sure why the other one wasn't used. Self-help kiosks were there, but combo menu differs and price is higher. So, practically useless machineries installed. Food was delivered at an average pace. The dine-in setup was nice, but that's where the good is limited to. Tables and floor were littered with crumbs of remains from previous diners. Literally had to look for table by changing 3 tables to sit down at a decent one. Because of that flies were also there. Finally food. Totally overpriced. 667/- for 2 burgers, 1 mini bread roll and one fry. Local burger joints provide better burgers at same price range. Only onion and lettuce for dressing. Probably one spoonful mayo. Bun was okay. Would have preferred the cheese to be melted, rather than raw. In comparison, at the same price one full grill/kebab/alfam chicken with khubus/parota and cold drinks can be purchased and can have a more sumptuous meal from the floor below itself.

Good place at the town to have broasted chicken. Taste is not comparable but the service is comparable as the service provided by this outlet is little irritating and not upto the mark. The team members have no proper Knowledge about the products they are selling, surprisingly the Restaurant Manager even don't know about their menu. I wondered then what they were selling 😁 If service is comparable then I can tell you that the service provided by the Payyannur KFC is far better than KFC Kanhagad. Even Payyannur KFC service is not as good as KFC outlets in Bangalore. If you want only food then pick this option. Because the employees there think that we are going there to order and have food with their own money.

Disappointing KFC service in India. Opted for the staff option, but found limited menu items available. In comparison, KFC experiences outside the country are usually better. Hoping for improvements.

As a well-established franchise like KFC, it would be great if they could address this issue and provide convenient parking facilities for their customers. Despite this minor inconvenience, I still highly recommend KFC Kanjangad for their delectable offerings and exceptional service.

Good service.... Fast food delivery....... Good staff service and attachment.. Kanhangad is the best outlet than all other KFC outlets. So nice.

The service was very bad. We ordered fried chicken, waited for 20 minutes. We asked them about the order, they told that they had forgotten about our order. We wasted a whole half an hour to get that order. The whole experience was bad. It was our first time trying KFC in kanhangad and it left a worst impression.
