Thaikadappuram
beach
at
Nileshwaram
in
Kasaragod
district
is
famous
for
the
rare
Olive
Ridley
turtles
that
visit
here
during
the
rainy
season
to
lay
eggs.
Activists
of
Neythal,
a
non-governmental
organisation,
run
an
Olive
Ridley
breeding
centre
here.
September
to
January
is
the
ideal
time
to
visit
the
beach.
It
is
located
40
km
south
of
Kasaragod.Nice
place
to
walking
around
the
beach..
not
much
crowded..
you
can
enjoy
freely..
then
if
you
wants
to
walk
long
distance
in
this
beach
than
you
start
from
thaikadappuram
beach
to
azhithala
beach
awesome
view
and
walk..
while
walking
u
can
find
the
coconut
trees,
crabs
and
hawks..
from
padanakkad
to
thaikadappuram
beach
frequent
autos
available..
just
35
to
40
rupees
only..Very
nice
place
to
calm
down
and
relax.
Mostly
people
visit
in
the
evening
time.
Also
there's
a
resort
nearby.
The
main
disadvantage
is
that
u
can't
find
any
stalls
to
eat
in
the
beach.
The
experience
was
very
nice.
thank
you......
