Hosted a function in the party hall. Power went off in the beginning and they don't even switched on the generator for backup. Resort owner has a very worst attitude. People are not courteous. Receptionist will say a different rate than owner and they don't confirm between themselves putting us in trouble. Will charge you extra money right before the function starts and you will have no other option except to pay. Overall it's a terrible experience.

Awesome place to stay as a family or with friends. Rest room is clean and maintained well. Garden is amazing. You can spend some time in swiming pool area. It will be fun.

Lunapiena resort is good to stay, when we visit we booked 2 rooms 1Ac room 1+non Ac room. Ac room is connect with invertor if current goes also no problem atleast fan will work, in non Ac room no invertor connected you can't sleep if no current. There is swimming pool in this resort before using check the water its clean or not when i visit we not checked and used it next day morning when i see the water full of insects which will live in water.

Stayed for 2 days along with friends. It's cottage resort, having around 10-12 rooms in total. Pool is available. Not all cottages are air conditioned. Room services didn't satisfied.

Absolutely loved my stay at this resort! The impeccable service and luxurious amenities exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making every moment memorable. Can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience! If you are visiting - a coffee made by manager(Siva) is a must try. I've had one of the best coffees in my life. Siva, thanks again for keeping us comfortable.

Recently I happened to stay at this place...we choose this resort based on the 4.5 Google rating and good reviews. But I was totally disappointed..cottage cleanliness especially the toilet was so poor...Room service was so bad..there is no restaurant in the resort..I am really surprised to see the positive reviews about this resort..they did not provide any complimentary toiletries ..very bad choice

The rooms were average for the price you pay. The restaurant wasn't working when we visited. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were not clean as you would expect in a resort. The ambience was great. Got great potential to be one of the best resorts in that area of worked out properly. I wish them all the best.

The people around the idea is so brilliant. Excellent customer support with a safe place for Family and singles. Very authentic food, especially ask Beula Mam for Dosa and coconut chutney. I visited this place with my family the rooms were well maintained and the ambience of the resort was awesome we enjoyed lot. The staffs were very polite, good service with reasonable price

Rooms and bathrooms were well maintained. The garden/surroundings were maintained very well. There was a park also with rabbits, flowers, banana trees also in the garden. Staff were very kind and quick to help especially Mr.Siva, he was very friendly. The swimming pool was very enjoyable and the food that was served by the hotel was delicious and hygienic. The swimming pool was a nice relaxing place to just swim especially during the night where the lights were in it all looked so eye catching Overall experience was 10/10 and would come again .

Rooms are more spacious and have a nice environment to stay without any disturbance and the manager is also a good person. The price is reasonable with a swimming pool and completely greenish. Need to improve the service and housekeeping. I understand that, it's a new one that will take some time, otherwise everything looks good.

Its pleasant stay. Rooms are very clean. Bathroom well maintained. Morning Tea was very nice with Samosa (Yummy). Very greenery environment with banana tree/flowers/rabbit/swimming pool. It's very good for family stay .. we are planning to stay for 1 day. but we continued to stay for 4 days to roam aound kanyakumari and thiruvanadhapuram. That much we loved this place. Mr. Siva from resort management helped lot and dedicated for welcome/hospitality was great with the guests.

Rooms were maintained fantastic and bathrooms were maintained well. View and staff hospitality was excellent. The swimming pool was well maintained and the garden/surroundings were very green and pretty. Staff were very quick to help especially Mr.Siva, he helped us alot. The park was very fun to play in and the banana trees were very well maintained. We even extended out stay in the hotel so we could explore kanyakumari and trivandrum. Overall experience was amazing and the tea and samosas served by the hotel were very heavenly. We also ordered dinner and it was delivered quickly ❤️ Such a nice experience to bond with family and nature.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Luna piena resort. staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and Perfect to celebrate a Get together and weekend party. A special thanks to Mr. Siva for all arrangements.

This was one of the best Residency I've ever stayed at! I found the rooms to be comfortable, the pool was great and the staff very attentive. A place such as this is clearly one of luxury, and from the outside the interiors are stunning. Staff …very nice nature location eco friendly rooms
