The staff, particularly Ms. Honey, is accommodating. It was my first time to wear contact lenses, so I'm kinda nervous; however, she patiently guided me how to apply and remove it and taught me how to properly take good care of it. I also love the color she recommended for me. Kudos!

The overall experience was good. Waiting time is bearable because there are a lot sofa/seats to relax while waiting. The staff are attentive and the optometrist are friendly. Ms.Jhe assisted me and my kids. She gave me options for frames that would suit my kid’s very small face and that saved me time in going around the store. She is also very welcoming and my child likes her. She also assisted us when we got the glasses. She’s very nice. Thanks!

Staff are friendly. I bought 2 pairs of contact lenses from them, which costs me about 800+ with a free solution and case. (Contacts are good for 1 year) Haven't tried purchasing my glasses from them. Will try next time.

Just got my new glasses yesterday. Superb service, the staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating. Plus it's affordable. It took only 20 mins waiting time to get my glasses. 5 stars, totally recommend and would come back for sure.
