All of the staff members were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. From the minute you walk in til the minute you leave, you feel genuinely welcome and appreciated by everyone. Dr. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and will answer any questions that you may have, as well as everyone else in the office. Even though they are a very busy practice, they stay fully staffed and seem to stay very efficient while still taking the time to care for each patient individually, addressing their every question and concern, without making you feel like you’re being rushed. Highly recommended.

What a TOP NOTCH experience, from the moment I walked in the door I could tell this was a well run business. It is evident when walking through the door that everyone in this facility is focused on providing excellent customer service and superior patient care. I have struggled with back pain for 5 years and was referred to Victory by some friends of ours over a year ago, I finally made the decision to seek a visit. Great doctors and staff. Would recommend this place. Am feeling much more like myself after going through the 90 day program. Office can seem a little hectic but they are making the best use of the space they have.

I’ve came in here from a lot of problems since a car accident back in 2017 and I suffer from chronic migranes , I’ve been in extreme pain for months and Dr. Aurielle has made this experience amazing and today I had my first adjustment and I can’t thank her enough for caring about me enough to explain every detail so I understand!!! Victory Spinal lumbar Decomposition 10—⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I know I can call their office, text or call my Chiropractor! And get results. Why? Because I have had to when I turned quickly & dislocated my back. I knew a hospital would only give pain meds. I knew that I needed to be put back in place. I called at 5:54pm...closing time for them. But the Assistance working the front desk listen to me & could hear that I needed help. So she sent word to my Chiropractor that was there and as so as he could he was on the phone with me. We talked and made a plan for me to come now to his office, he would wait on me. (45 min drive for me). I could barely walk in. I had to hold on to the walls. He checked me out evaluated me and adjusted me with their equipment. I was still sore but I was able to almost stand straight up and walk right back out and home and be able to work that next week. I have been going to Victory Spinal for there lumbar Decomposition machine that helps decompress a bulging disc I have had for along time. I'm no longer having to take pain medications. EVERYONE was sooo nice! The chiropractor has your best interest at heart and even things you may not want to hear, they are totally honest! I was very nervous about going in but when I got inside and heard the Christian music and saw all the loving, smiling faces, I knew everything would be ok. Thank you for taking care of me. I know I will have a journey but I’m excited to take it with this office.
