    I took my vehicle here a couple of months ago to get the brakes checked. They advised me that I needed front brakes so I let them do the job. They didn't have the pins that went in them and told us that it would be a week or so that they would get them. They told us it would be fine to drive without them but that they would put them in once they got them. About 10 days later the brakes started to squeal so we called and they told us to bring it in the next day. We did and they said that they didn't hear anything and advised us that they did put the pins in. About one week ago the brakes started squealing again just like before but a few days later they really started to squeal very badly. So we called them and they told us they couldn't do anything until 10/16/2023 but because it's our work car we had to get them looked at earlier so we took it to another very reputable company and they informed us that the pins were missing, the pads were worn and the rotors were ruined I did see the old parts and they were being honest. I can't believe or understand it that a Ford dealership would do this. We had paid alot to them for nothing. I did call them today and the lady said she don't believe they did this. I have better things to do with my time then to write this long review just to lie. I have the old parts they took off that Purchase Ford put on. I have never in my life got taken like this. I trusted them and more so because it was a Ford dealership!! I will be contacting the BBB!! Also beware of them and their nice talk because that is all it is!!

    The staff at Purchase Ford are a true pleasure to deal with. We found them on the internet, they had the vehicle we were looking for, called them and made a deal over the phone. Drove 4.5 hours, upon arrival the vehicle was clean and ready for delivery. After test driving the vehicle the rest was low pressure and easy process.

    I only had this vehicle 8 months paid alot of money and had nothing but problems after problems not what they said at all I got the oil change when I got home the filter was crumbling when the macanic took it out none of the air filters or cabin filter had not been changed no severice had not been performed all lies so I do not recommend

    We were in need of a second vehicle and knew we wanted either a small pickup or an SUV similar in size to the X3 I previously drove. My brother, who works at Progress Ford, suggested the Maverick, which I admit I did not know about. Although it was a few thousand more than I had wanted to spend, I am SO glad that 1) he recommended the Maverick and 2) recommended the hybrid. The sales process was so easy, even though we live in Florida and Progress Ford is in Kentucky. All paperwork was electronic. I went a test drove a hybrid here in Orlando and was SOLD by the comfort, look, hybrid engine. The vehicle was shipped to us (the internet has completely changed car sales: whereas 20 years ago a dealership sold to customers within a 100 mile radius, now they sell nationwide!) and we received it ready to go. I. Could. Not. Be. More. Amazed by my Maverick! I’ve never owned Ford, always thought they were stodgy (frame of reference here is the 70s, 80s, 90s…). This truck is NOTHING like that! Technologically advanced, small functioning hybrid, it’s a joy to drive and operate. And let me tell you, HYBRID is the way to go!! My first tank of gas (13.5 gal tank) lasted me 5 weeks and 550 miles! I had wanted to be ecologically friendly and this vehicle fits the bill to a ‘T’! I averaged 48 mpg. I cannot say enough about the Maverick and Progress Ford! Thank you to my brother Steve, his support staff and to Ford itself for making such a great small truck!!!

    Purchase Lincoln kept me informed throughout the time they were working on my car. Loaner was provided. Work was done on time. Complimentary car wash provided when done and their quote for the work performed was just as they said it would be. Very courteous and very professional. This dealership service department from the service advisor (Patrick) to the service manager (Wendell) to the cashier (Abbie) is absolutely "First Class". I don't know the mechanics name who worked on my vehicle, but I do know he is a professional as well. Keep up the great work team!!!

    Fast, friendly service. From the sales team to finance team everyone was nice and professional. Chris was our salesman and he was easy to work with and we were out of there within an hour or so.

    I had intended to trade out a newer set of tires that were on my trade in with another car in my "fleet" prior to trading it in. I stopped by the dealership because I was in the area. I told them I had some things to get done to the trade before I was ready. When I told them, they actually helped facilitate with their service department to do that. I traded on the spot and they followed through the next day. Excellent Customer service. Would not have happened without it!!
