😠 This is my first time coming to this hospital and I will NOT be back. I got here to the emergency room at 3am. I was the only patient in the hospital besides 2 others. I waited until 7:15am when I decided to leave. Noone came to check on me. I saw the nurse and the doctor only one time. No one ever... Brought a veteran here today for back surgery. The hospital is extremely clean and a staff seems very attentive to patients needs! While staying here I went and visited the food service and bought breakfast. Breakfast was around $7 it included bacon and eggs tater tots and sausage was tasty and quite filling. My only bad experience here is mosquitoes in the hospital near the waiting room! I wouldn't use the surgery waiting room if I could avoid it or if you could remember to bring a can of OFF! mosquito repellent. In my brief staying there today, which is extremely brief because of all the mosquitoes, I killed 7 mosquitoes in the waiting room and the hallway close to it. I got 3 mosquito bites on my legs. I did find a mosquito free environment when I went and got my food in the cafeteria for breakfast. I told the young lady at the desk (a volunteer) that the mosquitoes were horrible. She called maintenance to see what could be done with it. Other people in the small waiting room were bit and one gentleman said he kill three mosquitoes already while sitting there. That was sort of a bit of a nightmare sitting in the waiting room. After I got some advice from the nurse from my buddy going into surgery, I chose to go outside and sit in the truck and listen to my radio for the approximate surgery time. The hospital waiting room is actually located right beside to outside entrances! This explains the extreme number of mosquitoes in the waiting area for surgery, for the families of those going through surgery.

Had an episode yesterday evening where my blood sugar got too low and had to be brought in by ambulance. The doctor's thought I was having a seizure. Turns out my blood sugar was actually low. There needs to be better education and awareness on diabetes symptoms and as well as a cure. Now on the cure, I'm not stopping until the diabetes is gone.

I go in there tonight for high blood pressure. The one nurse is like your blood pressure is really high..She was really nice..Go back an they run test.. Been waiting 3 hrs for the nurse practitioner and she comes in and says your test are normal and your blood pressure is down..Nothing is wrong with you..Well, hello, of course my blood pressure is gonna go down I have been waiting for you for awhile an I am relaxed. She says, I dont know everything, thats why you need to go to a doctor. She was really rude for no reason and acted like she didnt know anything. And as we were leaving, a teenager was in the hallway on a stretcher having breathing problems and the nurses were standing around talking about coffee. Even my son thought that was wild. He said hes struggling to breathe and all their doing is talking about coffee? Mom, is he gonna be okay? Sikeston hospital is a joke.

If I could give 0 stars I honestly would. The ER is absolutely terrible I arrived in ambulance and I just had a heartattack and I was told to wait in the waiting room when they checked my blood pressure the old hag at the counter told me I couldn’t bring my husband and my 1 month old daughter in there with me. And then I waited 4 and a half hours and didn’t get any medical attention I know gas is high and everything but I rather walk to Ferguson then ever go here again first time I came here took them four times to just realize I had galbladder disease even when I couldn’t walk and I was puking my brains up,I couldn’t eat or drink anything at all, and I was discolored and then they gave me potassium poisoning when they finally realized and I was 6 months pregnant and my child was almost dead! I almost had a miscarriage because they kept pushing me off and now I have gallstones because they wouldn’t do anything. 0/10 terrible service and I would never have my kids go here the labor delivery floor is about the only good room besides all the nurses lecturing u and forgetting to feed you!

Horrible service I'm in here right now and everytime I ask for A cup of ice I wait 20 minutes. Took 6 hours for them yesterday to tell my husband anything on my surgery. Plus turned my oxygen off after I told them I was having breathing problems. Have not had anything to eat since sunday. They made sister leave I had her stay here with me because staff cannot do there jobs. I will be suing you Mal pacitice. You nurse made me get up out of bed 2 days after surgery without helping made hold on to a pole to pull my self up on after doctor said not to use my stomach muscles then you nurse said if I were to fall she wouldn't been able to catch. Didn't check my reason for my high heart rate before sending me home. took hours for medication to be never had a bowel movement before sent home and still haven't had one.. after the first time getting out of the bed the nurses stopped coming to help me get out of bed was made to get up with nobody else in the room almost falling.

Would highly recommend in cases of emergency to continue driving to St. Francis Hospital in Cape Girardeau! At Delta ER I was given a misdiagnosis and advice that could have potentially worsened my condition.....On a positive note, the nursing staff was very attentive and friendly. Could not speak for the doctor as he never entered the room to even introduce himself! Needless to say I now have 2 very hefty ER bills after having to go to Cape to fix what Delta did not.

Sometimes parents with small children have to see the doctor too. What if I couldn't have gotten someone to watch my child? I guess I would continue to suffer until I could get a sitter.

If I could give no stars I definitely would do just that. This is the worst hospital I have come across ever. Their communication skills are worthless, they are rude, they don't do their job at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone period.

This hospital is a JOKE! You could get better care but watching a YouTube video. They do not have doctors, social workers, and barley staff. Misty SW is unprofessional and rude; I will be filing a complaint against her. I wouldn’t send a dead dog to this hospital!

Yesterday I went in for a test ordered by my urologist Dr. Sahai and it was performed by Dr. Covert, the nurses of both staff deserve some MAJOR recognition from myself and all who they care for. Now I have had more bad medical experiences than good and am instantly on edge and PTSD goes wild when I enter a medical facility. These girls did EVERYTHING under the sun to ensure that my test was performed and went way above and beyond calling other departments, other offices and eventually the nurses of Dr. Sahai himself who not one but a whole squad of them came in and together they made sure it got done, and it did. Thank you so very much for getting into the field, I wish you all had doubles or clones or something out in the field because you truly are amazing at what you do! Thank you all!

You all want us to use the patient portal but no one wants to have the job of helping people get in ? What a waste of my time! And I do not know my account number

Went in on Christmas Day and tested positive for Flu Type B. I forgot my insurance card so they had me as self pay. They refused to call my doctors in TN to get my insurance numbers. I told the doctor I also have COPD. This doctor said well must have cleared up cause you sound fine. Told me to quartentine for 4 days and only gave me tylenol. I decided after getting much worse to come home and go to my hometown ER. Now my COPD is aggravated with Influenzal bronchitis. The ER Dr. Here was rather perplexed as to why they didnt give me any meds other than tylenol. Well, if they think you dont have insurance, your care will be less. I will never give you my insurance info or pay this bill. Also COPD does not go away and the flu can be deadly for people like me. You should be shut down!

The Emergency room staff were incredible and made a difficult time better. Truly appreciate Dr. Michael Tobin and his care for my needs. Very good care!

Er is a joke. Urgent care is a joke. Came in at 8pm on a slow night with few patients. Wasn’t brought back to a room until ten. No doctor or nurse for 2+hours. Doctor saw us twice in the next hour and a half. Wasn’t out of the place until 3AM

My husband was in the emergency room on Saturday morning, June 18, 2022. He had excellent care form all of the staff. Kudos to "Jake the paramedic, that was on call." Jake, took fantastic care oh him. Jake, was very patient and quite knowledge of my husbands salutation. Thank you, Missouri Delta and the Emergency room staff.

My experiences with the hospital staff and individual specialists have been very good. My complaint is with the "Patient Portal" on their website. I've been trying for over a year to access my lab results by opening an account, filling out and submitting the form they provide many times. I've called and been promised a "link" will be sent to my e-mail, which never arrived. I'm now wondering if this "Patient Portal" even exists. My problem has since been addressed and resolved.

Your er needs to learn to stop playing and get things done. That goes for your Dr's also who sit around. Get people out as their stuff comes back. Also fix your iv pumps. My husband had to hold my iv the whole time to make it drip very unprofessional

Went to the ER last night July 27th 2022. The staff was awesome in the ER. The RN that assessed me in triage was very professional, and caring. I just want to say that I appreciate her for her dedication in her profession. MoDelta hospital is lucky to have her as a associate.

I waited until 7:15am when I decided to leave. Noone came to check on me. I saw the nurse and the doctor only one time. No one ever introduced themselves and their nametags were covered. I have no idea what the diagnosis is, and was forced to sign papers saying I refused medical treatment. This is outrageously upsetting! Poor bedside manner and staff that sit around and talk all day. I may have even been called a racial slur through their conversations. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Someone petition for better healthcare for this town because this hospital sucks!

Only because I had to give a star. This hospital has the most incompetent staff and is sinister when it comes to black people. There is a definite discrepancy, I literally saw drug addicts come in (while I was waiting to be seen) and they were seen and given medication and discharged before me, even though I got there before them, I sat there in unbearable pain just for them to make up diagnosis that absolutely DO NOT EXIST IN MY BODY, AND WAS PRESCRIBED A MEDICATION IN MY CHART THAT'S NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ME, BECAUSE IT HAS DEADLY REPERCUSSIONS. I HAVE THE BOTTLE TO PROVE IT. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE FOR BLACK FOLKS NO MATTER HOW NICE YOU ARE. NALL OF A SUDDEN IM HAVING SERIOUS ISSUES TRYING TO GET MY MEDICAL CHART TO GIVE TO NEW DOCTOR. I FIND THIS VERY ALARMING DISTURBING AND SUSPICIOUS
