We have to go the management building to buy and do the manual transfer. What if our electricity die on Friday night? Do have to wait until Monday morning? 🙂 - No ATM, no near ATM. - GSM signal is bad for higher floor apartment (Tried with telkomsel & xl) - The shower hanger is too low. - No trolley at Cassea Tower (Security said this when I asked to borrow) - The internet package is different with normal packet. The minimum package for the internet is around 400k (They said this applies for all Apartment in BSD area) Cark park monthly : 250k Bike park monthly : 100k

Consists of only 4 apartment towers, 3 with its own entrance and drop off driveways. Comfortable and airy ground lobby with sofas and receptions, laundromats, mini markets and cafes lining at street level. Love the gym - it has pretty good equipments and lots of lights coming in. The pool is surrounded by the 4 towers, very airy and a great place to just lounge around or to swim in. Security is good. Access card for each floor, pool area and basement. Within a short walking distance to AEON Mall and The Breeze. Right across the designated Digital Hub. This is Gardenia Tower and one of its studio units.

the room was spacious and clean, but maybe the sofa needs to be vacuum cleaned. need to upgrade to smart tv to make it better. bathroom was also ok. kitchen supplies are ok for short staycation.

Great place to live!

Great place to stay! Quite, tidy and clean. Eventho quite far from Jakarta, but it nearby the KRL station which gonna take you to Jakarta in easy and comfy way. Moreover it has great facilities and surrounded by many excellent activities and places.

A suitable place for young men and women or young couples whose office at BSD city and surround it to stay. Casa de Parco is near public places, hospitals, schools, shopping centre, gym, etc. It has hundreds of clean and modern rooms.

A nice living place in BSD City. Near AEON mall, close access to toll, ICED. Atma Jaya University is in 25 mnts walk. Several choice of eatery nearby.
