Sleeping Buddha shimla is one of the best places to stay in Shimla. Excellent room, specious, very neat and clean, all the rooms have a balcony. The view of the balcony is excellent. The washrooms were extremely clean. Excellent location - Walking distance from Mall road. I loved the food, especially their Dal Makhani. For breakfast though they don't have too many options but the quality and taste is extremely good. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. Hotel manager Shiva is very cooperative. I would love to stay in Sleeping Buddha again. Had a pleasant stay there.

Went in early december. Its a new property so the rooms and facilities were well maintained and clean. The room was cosy and of decent size and the rental was also fair to its size and view. The view from the balconies was stunning as you could look over the complete valley from there. You can enjoy your sunrise and sunset viewing moments from the comfort of your room itself without stepping out of the blanket. The food was super yum too and within budget.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It is definitely 10/10 in terms of food, room cleanliness and room services. Also the friendliest staff I have ever seen.

This is one of the best hotels in shimla. Staff did everything that we asked for. They also arrange a candle light dinner, music, bornfir for us. They have extra blanket in case you feel cold. Room is super nice & clean. Wifi & everything is there.

The hotel, the staff, the location, their behaviour..absolutely amazing..the view from balcony, took my breath away. It was just fabulous. Shiva ke rehte hue you guys need to be relaxed. Their aalo and paneer paranthas are something shiva's premium nashta 😂 dinner se leke raat ke dudh tak he was just a call away. This hotel is just 200m from mall road. And trust me aap subha jaldi uthoge taaki morning view miss na ho jaye. Room was very clean. You'll feel like your second home. My trip was only about 2 days but we guys were extended our trip to another 2 more days. Haha. My mum still missing Shimla. I feel room clean and cozy ho and main attractions ke paas ho to trip memorable ban jati hai even ghr Jane ka bhi man nhi krta. Haha will definitely come and stay here in January or February.. thanks for hosting us sleeping buddha.

We booked to stay after a long bus ride and it was so nice to get to a very comfy bed, and a beautiful view from the balcony. The shower was one of the best I’ve had in India, especially because you can have the window open to see the view and it’s still very private due to the hotels height. The staff were very helpful talking to our taxi driver about 4 times to direct him as he continued to get lost and they even helped negotiate a fair price with the taxi. They didn’t mind that we checked in quite late (10pm) and would have let us order food if we were hungry. We are at the restaurant twice and the food was really good both times!
