In one word this place was - “Palatable” After facing a lot of challenges searching for good food in Shimla - we found this. The food, ambiance, service were amazing. Never imagined food turning out to be sooo good. The songs that played were classics - brought back childhood memories (creed, 3 door down, Bryan Adams) This cafe’ is a must visit for anyone visiting Shimla or is a local. I being a coffee enthusiast felt so much connected after my first sip of cappuccino here. It’s a must visit cafe in Shimla. It offers a cosy place to eat, sit, relax and chill. The food and hospitality is great. Also, I will recommend the Hummus & Pita Platter (10/10)

Cosy cafe situated at Lakka Bazar. I went for a quick lunch. It seems to me that this cafe is operated by only female which is such a great initiative. Nicest thing was they’ve provided a separate tin box for used tissue. Service was good and food was delicious. They offer wide range of food choices which ranges from Italian to Lebanese to Himachali food. Only recommendation would be to provide side bread with pasta. I have ordered below: 1. Penne Arrabbiata Pasta (Tangy and Delicious pasta but was missing side bread) 2. Flat White Coffee (Good Coffee)

I don't leave reviews very often, but this cafe deserves it. It was the best restaurant we visited in Shimla! We tried them for breakfast and dinner. Their food and service was phenomenal! The prices are low, you get more than your money's worth. Highly recommend!

The food was excellent and so was the service.  I had "Korea veg bowl, Hummus & Pita, Pasta & Pizza🍕" which was awesome. Coffee was also very good. The restaurant has a very nice ambiance and offers different delicacy in town...❤️

You have to try this little and cute cafe when you visit Shimla. You can locate it in lakkar bazar .Again pancakes are a must with coffee . There chocolate pastry melts in ur mouth and u can find a cheap alternative to this pastry at Sai Tara bakery near Indian coffee house . I hope u enjoy this lovely cafe as the staff is really cooperative. The only setback is the washroom isn't available.

This cafe is located in lakkar bazaar and offers great food and it can be said that its one of the best places on Mall road. The ambience is really good and amazing and one would surely have a gala time here. The taste of the food is really good especially the korean chicken and the their Mocha coffee is out of the world. The prices are also pretty good for the quality and taste of the food that they offer. One would surely fall in love with the great ambience and food HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

One of the best place to have quick bite. It's little expensive but the food and service is worth it. I tried the local dish "Siddu" which was amazing. This place serve good coffee.

Wood Street Cafe in Shimla is an absolute gem! I recently visited this charming establishment and was blown away by the incredible food, cozy ambiance, and friendly staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. I started off with a delicious cappuccino that was perfectly brewed and served with just the right amount of foam. Next, I tried the pizza, which was absolutely divine. The crust was thin and crispy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. But the real star of the show was the Nutella pancakes! They were hands down the best pancakes I have ever tasted - fluffy, moist, and loaded with Nutella goodness. If you have a sweet tooth, do not leave without trying them. The momos were also fantastic - juicy and packed with flavor. The french toast was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and served with fresh fruit and syrup. And last but not least, the burgers were juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Overall, I cannot recommend Wood Street Cafe enough. The food is top-notch, the ambiance is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive. If you are ever in Shimla, this is the place to be!

A MUST VISIT on mall.road. reminded me of those small cafes in Belgium 🇧🇪. They have "nailed" the menu aswell. Banana walnut cake, brownie with ice cream, coffee, espresso, pizzas, burgers Banana pancake. You name it they serve it. Was very fascinated with the serving cutlery.. very nice and fancy at the same time rustic..

I've visited this place twice in 1week, just because it's Amazing. Vibes are so Friendly and you will always be Welcome with a Jolly Face. The staff is elegant and always on their toes. Food is really Delicious and taste is totally authentic as it is meant to be. Just Perfecto!!

Gosh! This place is phenomenal. Quaint, picturesque, hole-in-the wall cafe at Lakaar Bazaar. We had some of the Mediterranean dishes, which were lip-smacking. And we had the pleasure of seeing the other dishes that were being served to other customers (they looked delicious). The coffee is simply divine. Highly recommend. Will definitely come again when in Shimla
