of the best hotels I have visited recently is this one. It boasts one of the best views. The overall staff is polite and helpful, but the restaurant service staff isn't very attentive to customers. At least, I didn't have a very pleasant experience during my three-day stay with them. For instance, I constantly had to remind about my order and ask for even drinking water and often needed to wait. Additionally, the restaurant staff seemed to focus only few customers on a few limited tables all the time and did not attend to all the tables adequately to check on the needs. I think hotel management should look at it seriously. Else I would have rated 5 rating for service.

Like this policy where they cant be sure at the check-in what the room rates will be for the entire stay of 15 days. Also, their international credit card machine didn’t work for that entire period. And toilets should have been scrubbed cleaner. They breakfast they offer is not really tasty, and the dining room is not really clean. There is a good grocery in two minutes walking.

Great place, my husband surprised me with 2 days of holiday trip. The ambiance is superb, when we entered they did a warm welcome and the food was also superb. My kid also enjoyed it a lot. Over all the food, ambiance and view was great. We will plan to visit again

I would directly come to the point: 1. Poorly maintained toilet, the water from the bathing area finds it's way to spread all across the bathroom. 2. Fresh Towels keep the memory of previous guests by preserving their body hair or bunch of hairs. 3. The breakfast is pathetic but surprisingly the seekh kebabs were good. 4. Air conditioner doesn't understand tha temperature it is set at and runs at its own will. 5. They don't even subscribe to any newspaper even at the lobby. 6. Location is good as it is close to a metro station. Well if no option is left one can stay there.
