Dear Sir, I am an old and loyal customer of kalyan jwellers today. I visited the pitampura branch and got very good attention by Mr. Rahul Kashyap, along with Miss Neha, to find the right choice, but the branch manager, Mr.Vinod's behavior, was rude, and his gesture was quite surprising. Kindly look in this regard so that the Kalyan Jewellers will not lose their loyal customer like me. The same complaint I have received from your other sales executives and confirm that he is actually behaving rudely to them also.

Today I visited Kalyan jewellers nsp branch. I had a great shopping experience and the collection is amazing 😍 It was just wow. One the staff member Mr. Mehtab aalam attended us and he was very polite and cooperative. From now it’s my fav jewellery brand.
