I had one of the worst experiences of getting my hair cut. Hair type: curly Hair cut: short neck length bob Money paid:800 rupees Just when you make an appointment you are given a choice....do you want to go with a stylist (800 rupees) or a senior stylist(1200rupees) . I went ahead with a hair stylist...(he had an experience of 20+ years so i am assuming that the criteria for being a senior stylist is skill rather than experience) but since i am paying so much money i didn't expect much difference in service. 1. The person didn't ask for the kind of cut i wanted. I went ahead and showed a reference picture which he didn't give much importance to. 2. They pushed me to get some treatment which was 3500 rupees. I simply refused but they still continued to tell me how important it was for me . 3. They insisted on getting a hair wash which was extra money . The reason given was that hair can't be cut without washing. EVERYONE USES SPRAY BOTTLE. 4. They handled my hair roughly. 5 . They had no knowledge of curly hair whatsoever and didn't bother to mention that. 6. Went ahead to give me an extremely choppy haircut which i could clearly see after i got my hair straightened. 7. Had no idea of styling my curly hair and didn't bother to do so.
