Bought a painting in August '23. It was a defective piece. Since then, VibeCrafts is shamelessly refusing to refund or pick the piece of junk. The standard response is - "Please wait for reply on mail only within 24 to 48 hours of working days." or "We have escalated your concern on a priority basis , the same will be solved out soon". No resolution even after 4 months. Seems like fraud business.
