Never buy AC from them its almost 16 days they unable to run the same. Everyday new excuses and new problems. No return no replacement only harassments. All staff are rude and customer support team doesn't have any clue what i am talking about. Just written complain to consumerhelpline.gov.in let see what happens.

I'm an old customer of croma and always come here for any of my gadget purchase. My latest buy is ACER NITRO 5 laptop that cost me 71k and a free acer laptop bag which looks cool and also got a 2000 worth one plus bullet wireless Z headphones. They have the cheapest price and don't place false pricing and then show that they have discounted the price for you like reliance digitals do. So , l highly recommend this place, you will get a good price , tata trustworthy service , cool offers and friendly staff.

Good place for shopping, all the items under one roof, sometimes there is a billing issue as last time when I visited, it took almost 25 minutes to complete billing process but otherwise everything was great, their interaction with customer is nice, i am a regular customer of Croma and usually i visit this store, so i personally recommend it to everyone and also want to request the store staff to kindly take some steps to reduce the billing time please. Have a great sales ahead.

My suggestion to those who are going to buyAC FROM This store please dont buy from here.I Purchased a split convertible A/C IN MARCH 2022. The AC HAS BEEN TROUBLING SINCE INSTALLATION . IN LAST 4 MONTHS I HAVE lodged COMPLAINTS SO MANY TIMES BUT OF NO USE. THEY ARE UNABLE TO FIND THE PROBLEM. Firstly PROBLEM WAS WITH display PCB AND THEIR MECHANIC TOLD THAT REMOTE IS FAULTY. HE BROUGHT AND CHANGED REMOTE BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTED.ANOTHER MECHANIC CAME AND CHECKED AND CONFIRMED THAT DISPALYPCB WAS FAULTY. THE MECHANIC WHO HAD COME EARLIER CAME BACK AND WAS STILL ADAMENT THAT THE REMOTE WAS ONLY FAULTY. WHEN INSISTED AND CONFRONTED HE CHECKED AND AGREED. HE TOOK TIME TO COME BACK TO CHANGE PCB . ONCE HE REPLACED PCB THE AC IS STILL NOT WORKING AND NOW FEW DAYS AFTE THE GAS HAS LEAKED. I LODGED THE COMPLAINT TWO DAYS BACK .THE MECHANIC CAME AND SAID THAT THERE IS NO GAS DUE TO WHICHICH ICE FORMATION IS HAPPENING . THERE ARE SO MANY ISSUES A/C IS MAKING NOISE WHICH WAS REPORTED IN THE FIRST COMPLAINT BUT THEIR MECHANICS HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES. Their PERSON CALLED IN THE EVENINGTO SAY THAT HE will be coming but did not turn up. Two days have passed and today I lodged another complaint. I was told by CUSTOMER CARE that Today being Dussera they wont come and will take another 48 hours. After sales service is very poor. I am a loyal customer of croma for more than two decades. Today after following up for more than 3 hoforone Mr.Lokesh The mechanic came and refused due to his short height that he can not do this work and started pointing out fault in the installation which was done by their by their persons at the time of purchase. Spoke to his senior supervisor who started asking weird questions and Ihim to revert am still awaiting him to revert back. Really never found such poor service anywhere in India. Today was at Croma Indirapuram stores to check on the new Buy back offer launched by Apple . Met the I phone sales executive Deepak Bharati. I showed my device which was 16 months old and costing 32k,. A day back I got a valuation of 8k for the device from a different apple reseller. At Croma this guy Deepak gives a valuation of 4k. I have no option but to give a sarcastic smile at him.why is there such discrepancy . No idea

Croma service is very bad . Don't purchase anything is croma because I purchased smartwatch and I used 15 days after dad display problem and then I go no body solve my problem. My money is west . So please purchase only Vijaysales and filpkart and Amazon is good service for product.

One of the worst experience we had while purchasing the refrigerator. They couldn't manage the delivery time properly as promised at the time of purchase and extremely horrible to coordinate with these guys. The delivery guy was a total goon/extremely rude who was threatening on the call to not deliver the machine at all if we call him again. It was my last purchase from chroma. Extremely incompetent and unorganised store. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from there. It was a mental harassment. I can't reply to the customer care. However, I had a long call on customer care and it was another pathetic experience. They sound so helpless. Nobody resolved any issue. If I had an option, I would return the machine and take the money back.

Not happy with services. I have bought Window AC on 19th Aug 23 Saturday and they promised to deliver by Sunday. And today is Monday 8.15 pm still not delivered besides my continously follow up. Its pethatic.. Not stick to their commitment. Please donot visit this store. They are letting down TATA reputation. 😡

Although sale services are good at this Croma center.. But after sale service are pathetic.. I purchased a washing machine from this center, but they processed the bill late, it take 2 days to deliver the machine.. and then they forwarded wrong address to installation service support , after which technician reached at wrong address.. and I have to wait 2 more days.. Problem with these centers is that once you paid the bill, they never follow if the product is delivered or not , and if that product is installed or not.. It's all customer headache.. You will just have customer care number to talk and in case of any problem you have to waste a lot of time on these online requests..it's quite disturbing especially when you a buy a new product..they are now working just as online shopping apps..

As you all know about the croma stores, they have almost all kind of electronic items. This is a big store where you can find many products here. They have tv, fridge, washing machine, microwave, fans, smart watch, AC, geyser, cooler, heater, dryer, iron, charger, laptops, phones, tablets etc.

Pathetic Service please don't buy anything from this outlet. I have purchased the Geyser from this outlet and no one comes for the installation. I have called them multiple times but nobody pick the call Please buy from Vijay Sales they have best service and price.

croma store employee not having any knowledge about the product i have purchase worst service of croma service center. my TV is in not working properly with in 2 years of warranty, Service center employee are not responding which delay to 15 days.

I bought LCD from Aditya Mall on 18 Jan 2023 and my LCD got damaged 3 times in 5 months which I got repaired 3 times now I can't repair it.When I called the help line number of Aditya Mall, then they told me that you bring your LCD to the mall, we will get your LCD replaced, now I have left my LCD inside the mall.And yesterday I am complaining to the police, I did not know that there is such a bank company, otherwise I would not have purchased it.

Store is good with well mannered staff,Huge range of products are there .But recommend not to buy SONY product from Croma, specially Sony LED TVs due to their worst product quality .They will provide the product warranty but services are even worst and will take customer's precious time to wait for their support.

They took more than 1 hour and 15 min just to make a phone emi loan.their people who works in loan section made me stand for all the time.no body asked for water and chair.this kind of customer service is not accetable frrom a tata brand.and even after my loan was sanctioned i were had to waiit for another 25 minutes just for billing bcoz some other executive came and started fighting with one who was biilling my phone saying "yaar tuu customer ko ghadi nahhi dikha sakta"

I have purchased refrigerator from Infinity Retail Limited/Croma Indirapuram. Let me tell you these sales man are very clever. At the time of purchase they said if you extended warranty for 2 years, it covers over all product but when I contacted croma customer care, they said extended warrant covers only visit charges of engineer and parts will be paid extra. Please beware of these sales man..Never go on their words.

Sales team is interested in selling only high end stuff. If you utter name of any budget brand, they will ask you to check Croma website and vanish before you can blink. This has happened a second time recently with me so not an exception. Better to look at its competitor across the street who is much better in any aspect. Been a regular customer of Croma stores in Delhi and this one is pathetic in front of them in customer attention. Hope the guys improve their focus.

Good place to buy electronics. The prices are good better than many places. You have parking beside the road, the parking area is usually crowded. Staff is good, you can ask for best offers. The stock is generally not replenished as quickly especially for large appliances. Hence the variety may be less in these cases.
