BTW is a renowned foodchain outlet. It's a good place to have Tikki and other snacks. Taste of the snacks are really good. Quality is good too. They have seating area upstairs.

The place was quite small and lots of outside noise. Parking area was ok. The best part was it's near to the market area..... I visited there today for the first time.... Enjoyed😜 comfortable 😀 you can visit to have yummy chats and sweets.... Me and my friend ordered Tikki that was 🤤🤤

I ordered Tandoori Platter (Takeaway). I was not at all satisfied with the end result. The veg seekh kabab was missing and tandoori mushroom was in a very small quantity. Also, I ordered Mix Veg (Rs 280/-) and it wasn't that great in terms of taste. As per my opinion, overall the cost doesn't justify the quantity and quality. I forgot to click the picture of the Naan, rest you can check out the image of Tandoori Platter along with its cost.

BTW is famous for bittu Tiki which is very tasty and fulfilling along with that healthier also as Tiki is made with olive oil you can have a good time with your friends and families. I recommend to try bittu tiki which will surely not disappoint you. Staffs are also cooperative and they also maintain proper hygiene.

Go to this restaurant at your own risk as the service staff has severe anger issues and will fight the customer in front of manager, disrespecting the customer (even though the customer gives them respect). Summary: I went there and the service staff destroyed my food and after telling the manager that it was ruined by staff and we were not able to have it, he came and forcefully told the manager to add it to the bill claiming, "toota mujhse par meri galti nahi mani jayegi" and started fighting with me in front of manager, until he stepped in and stopped him (Even then he was arguing with the manager as if he owns the restaurant).

I had their special tikki and it was amazing. Pyaz kachodi was also very good.

I contacted the manager of Kamla Nagar Branch of BTW Mr. Krishna Rao for the order. 1.Placing order was very simple and moreover the Mr. Krishna Rao was very humble and polite while listening my request changes in the order. 2. He himself took extreme care of the quality and quantity of the food delivered. 3. His gesture of personally delivering the bulk order was very humble. Visited this store during Corona time, Adequate safety and hygiene measures at place with first floor temporarly not in operation, Ordered for Tandoori Platter which was 3.5 out 5 with complimentary 1 butter roti and daal. Avoid if you are planning to go with more than 3 people coz of limited seating capacity of 2 tables.

Pretty average the masala dosa was just plain dosa and serving was not that good as well.
