One of the worst hospital when it comes to pregnancy/delivery related issues. If you/your wife is pregnant better look for some other options if you want a safer delivery and if you really love your child. My wife got into labour pain at the midnight of 28th march 2022 , we rushed to prem hospital. They just admitted her to the labor room and we were surprised to see that the pathetic condition of the labor room. The gynaecologist Dr. saini was informed about the case but she reached the hospital after 2-3 hours, my wife was crying out of pain and requested for cesarean (Operation) but she kept saying that it is about to get over soon, then she left for home and my wife was still crying & screaming in pain. Hours passed and the time was 7 am when the doctor finally arrived again and still wasn't sure of cesarean (Operation), suddenly the heat rate of the baby falled to 100 bpm and she panicked and started asking for help to the male wardens/helpers to push the abdomen of my wife and it seemed forceful and inhumane. Normally in such cases the doctor operates immediately, but this was not done at prem hospital , highly unprofessional. Despite all this suffering our baby survived and the hospital were not even prepared with basic things required for normal delivery and asked us to purchase the same from nearby medical shops at 5 am.

One of the good hospitals in panipat. Treatment and facilities are good. Cleanliness is maintained. Doctors, paramedical staff and nursing staff provide due care to patients. Parking is a major issue all the time. Although valet parking is available, it is time consuming. Waiting time to consult is about half an hour but varies from doctor to doctor. It is preferable to book appointments and then go. Health check up packages are good.

Very nice hospital with quality medical facilities. Most modern and state of the art medical facilities are available. Most latest medical machines are available in the hospital. Regular health check up is also available at the hospital. A full floor is dedicated for this and there is ample of staff to assist. I found that there was no coordination among its staff members and every one showed me the different way. All the services are very costly and unaffordable by a middle class people. The review is for the facilities that they provide. I agree that they charge premium but then you can expect same treatment as well. Top doctors are legends in their respective department and if you are being treated by them then it's the best thing. Nurse and staff is courteous but you always get sone arrogant staff here and there might be because the hospital is over burden and huge footfall. I recommend them anytime :)

Worst experience, unprofessional. And here unprofessional is not for the nursing staff only but for the doctors also. A patient was admitted for the appendix operation and during the operation a wrong vein was cut which was near to heart and the patient was dead. The patient was a police man.

They would kill your patient in night and keep them under ventilator till next morning to make sure they can extract your insurance. Mr Jassi, Mr Ramesh from ICU are the RM who make sure to kill your patient if you have asked for a transfer to another hospital. Guided by Mr Pankaj Mutneja. Oncology doctor are gems, they explain treatment as well as plan it with the patient, and motivate to get well. However, staff and administration is pathetic, seperate department have no coordination amongst themselves and continue to blame each other. Bottomline, doctor will treat rest everything from wheelchair , lab reports , discharge medicine, scan report every other stuff has to be managed on your own, else they will give wrong medicine if you don't check. And everything is super slow. Keep in mind if something can be done in 1 hr, it will take atleast 4-6 hours and lots of bickering, blaming and screaming to get things done. They would like to get feedback but providing negative feedback will hurt even the highest management. So keep quiet and let them do whatever they want else they will ask to get the patient shifted from thier hospital. They would slam you personally saying stuff like you work in IT or whatever, I don't care. You are bringing negativity to my hospital. You should be thrown out.
