My cousin has died in this hospital due to doctors negligence.. specially the owner with fat belly.. think 10 times before taking your near and dear ones in this hospital SHOP. Hospital owners.. have some shame.. look at so many negative comments below.. either change your SHOP condition or close your SHOP.

I am a doctor and unfortunately I myself had a very fast heart rate so had to visit this hospital due to an emergency. Can't believe that such kind of places actually exist in Delhi. They have zero medical knowledge, extremely rude staff they just had to give one injection to solve the fast heart rate but instead convinced my family to admit me in ICU as they don't have any emergency setup and charged heavily for just a 10 min stay there. I had to dictate my own treatment in that condition to the nurses and doctors there and they still didn't understand what to do. They can easily kill people. I honestly feel that the licence of this hospital should be cancelled. All they want to do is make money by lying and are willing to kill patients for that even. Never ever think of visiting this suicide zone.

This is the worst possible hospital in Delhi/NCR, never ever go for any treatment over here. They provide absolute 0 care to patients in the Emergency. My father went to this hospital by mistake as suddenly he had discomfort in his chest, which costed him his life. Nobody attended him properly in the emergency room. very pathetic hospital, I will never suggest to visit this hospital, Dr. Atul Bhatnager discharged the patient without checking and briefing patient condition, On the same day with in one hour after coming back from hospital, patient suffered from pain and high fever, non of Drs. and staff were available there at the time of discharge only one clerk was sitting there who said "I don't no anything". Worst experience. I don't know how the hospital is working. There is no management at all. I submitted my samples for some tests for medical certificate and they asked me to collect the report same day in the evening. But they had not prepared the report even after two days. Even when on the third day they gave me reports, it was 4 reports instead of 5 and when I asked them about the missing report then they had no idea about that. So they wasted my third day too. Also the doctor there is very rude. He was nowhere close to helpful. Instead he was talking in a very rude tone. Also they charged me Rs 800 ( other than the test charges) just to give the medical certificate even when all of the reports were normal.

VIKAS Worse hospital. It's lab is worst.my wife admitted for c section on 11th dec 2019and it's lab results showed low platelet count which was found not true in lal lab report. Hospital treated as case of dengue which was nonsense. They after 3 days asked us to go good hospital as they have not blood bank and it is very serious case. They fleceed money for three days. Worst hospital ever! They admitted my mother by lying saying that if we don't get her admitted, she will die. They legit made such a big statement to convince us to hospitalize her. After saying that she is an emergency case, they gave no medicine the whole day. No doctor came to our room. The room charge was 7000 bucks and no treatment. Next day, they came to our room saying all is fine. No doctor has communicated any reason for anything. We are going home, still have no idea of results of tests they did or what the hell was wrong with us. They did do all the tests though. The room was so unhygienic.

The three stars r for d doctors who r good and fair. One practical problem is of single nurse in each floor. This creates ruckus at every floor. There will b a host of staff regarding mechanism of beds or dietician but nobody will assist the nurse. Lower level staff especially d aged ladies will try to b friendly and in d end indirectly ask u for money. The only hones person is d security person who was on duty all night and even daytime
