I
have
been
Rager
for
more
than

years.
I
have
been
satisfied
Rager
so
far,
but
in
the
last
one
year,
I
have
been
facing
issues
with
the
order
and
products.
Though
customer
support
team
has
been
helpful
in
resolving
the
issues,
But
I
am
disappointed
with
the
level
of
service
being
offered
as
your
organization
is
growing.
Coming
to
issues
with
current
order.
Issue
1
:
Delay
in
shipping
The
above
mentioned
order
was
placed
on
11th
of
July,
Shipment
was
only
done
on
17th
July.
In
my
past
experience
of
ordering
directly
with
you,
i
have
never
faced
such
delays
in
shipping.
Issue
2
:
Coffee
shipped
are
from
a
very
old
batch
The
coffee
which
has
been
shipped
are
from
batch
of
November
and
December
2022.
In
my
previous
orders
for
far,
I
have
never
received
a
coffee
which
is
more
than
2
months
older
than
the
current
month.
Please
find
attached
the
pics
of
the
two
coffee
jars
with
batch
number.
Issue
3
-
Order
for
200
gm
jar
got
50
gm
Jar
I
have
ordered
two
packs
of
200gm
jar
but
i
got
8
jars
of
400gm.
I
would
request
your
team
to
not
change
the
packaging
size
of
the
coffee
jars
without
asking/calling
the
customer.
It
doesn't
leave
a
positive
impression
of
the
brand.
