Nice addition to the neighborhood. Especially since it opens at 7am so you can stop in for something to have during the commute to work. Beautiful new facility.

I’ve been coming here for years but service and quality have really fallen off a cliff. Was just in and no one looked like they had any clue what they were doing. I watched one person blend my smoothie for ten minutes straight because they couldn’t pour it out of the pitcher. Both of the smoothies were watery and terrible. When I called to ask for a refund I was hung up on. I’ll never be back

I was standing in line for about 8 minutes until someone came out to take me and three other people’s orders. There was only one person working, so in total I was in there waiting for my smoothie for like 20+ minutes. The ONE worker was very slow and seemed to be confused & lacked customer service while he looked like he didn't even want to be there. He didn't even apologize for the wait or speak to any of the customers at the register. Lastly, the atmosphere is really displeasing, the smell is off-setting as it smells like a toilet.

What happened?? My mom and I went every Friday We were there 2 weeks ago new dry staff Our smoothies looked and tasted horrible Bye Smoothie King😭👋🏿👋🏿 We won't be back

Smoothie King was referred to me by my massage therapist. After my first visit I was hooked. I train a lot with two trainers and I need the additional protein for the “muscle gains” we are working on. I get the peanut power meal smoothie which has an extra 45 grams of protein. The customer service is just great! Every visit is the best! You’ve got to go there!

Visited early in the lunch rush. I was able to order and get my smoothie in less than 5 minutes. The place is clean and organized. Shelves were fully stocked with snacks, supplements, and vitamins.

Professional and courteous staff. The smoothies are great! I appreciate when the staff can handle special orders, changes to what's listed on the menu.

Delicious smoothies with different options for different diet goals. The first time I went was shortly after they opened and who I presume to be the owner explained the menu and was extremely friendly and helpful. The last several times I’ve gone, the staff have seemed annoyed and haven’t been the friendliest. Though it’s about 30 minutes from my house, I try to make it to Smoothie King once every few weeks. I think they have the best smoothies around, the staff has just been off putting recently... would still highly recommend

Since covid, me and my fiance come here on average 5 days a week. They have a wide range of smoothies. Staff is always personable and professional. I only have had two issues in the 18 months I've been a customer and they were fixed promptly. I strongly recommend this place if you're looking for variety in smoothies. My only issue is the app. It's functionality isnt the best. Other than that...love it here.

Sometimes the smoothies are great and sometimes they are just okay. They just lack consistency in the product that they produce.

Everytime we go to smoothie king, they’re closed but it’s during their advertised hours. We live 30 mins away coming JUST for smoothies. Hate wasting gas when they could just update their hours correctly.

Brought a smoothie from this establishment, which contained nothing but plastic particles. Tried reaching out to this establishment, with proof of purchase, and with the smoothie (Which I still have in my deep freezer) and they refuse to contact me back. Called me a liar, told me it wasn’t there establishment which I actually still have proof of, and claimed they would look at the cameras to see if I actually came in. What are you looking for if you don’t know what I look like? Very disgusting, very poor customer service and management. Will be contacting the health department

Yestersay I went in to use a Birthday coupon that was tailored to me. On the coupon it says NOTHING about you can only use it at certain stores because of Smoothie King being a chain restaurant or whatever? I’ve been going to Smoothie King from the beginning it opened. I have used my app countless of times and redeemed points. I have also used the birthday reward multiple times as well! Get a 20oz smoothie, ANY smoothie of your choice for $2. When I couldn’t find it in my app for a barcode I asked the cashier what should I do since it was in my email, and I have all month, like the coupon says, to redeem it. She wasn’t sure and called over Tim who happened to be management. Instead of Tim politely stating “You can’t use the coupon without a barcode” he said “ I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU ! CALL I. T. “. I looked at him with a weird quizzical look and asked why would I call IT. I brought my ID and I showed you the coupon from my email. It says smoothie king. He said, “That’s not us, it’s another smoothie king so you can go somewhere else”! He started yelling louder and I asked “why are you acting this way with me, don’t disrespect me. It’s just a coupon. So is this not smoothie king, because if this isn’t your company than this is false advertisement”. Which led him to kick me out of his store and ended with a screaming match between us two. The level of disrespect was revolting, and demeaning. I’ve had rude customers before working retail for years myself but never the other way around to the point where I felt I needed to defend myself. I don’t know what happened or why Tim decided to get all excited about something Smoothie King promoted like they do every year, and I also DO not EVER remember seeing this man who is now the face of Smoothie King, but if this is how management treats customers over something the company sends out to loyal customers Lol. I don’t want it! The teenagers had more common sense and better customer service than this man. Good luck smoothie king!
