Waited forever for an employee to take our order, the order was messed up, and we got hamburgers, about a 1/4 inch thick, cold fries, and no napkins. People came in to get their order taken, and no one came back out to wait on them!!! It was very strange.

Very efficient! Went for breakfast on Saturday just before Christmas. Line of cars around the building so I went in. From walking in the door to leaving was about 5 minutes.

Absolutely horrible had to wait for my 13 dollar meal. And I got all the way home no bacon or condiments on it. So much for your new burger. Kids that work at McDonalds can’t even do their job right.

I love this store. Staff has maintained their friendly mannerism since I worked with them from 2008-2012. I stop there regularly and on the occasion I don't have fast service (pandemic issues) they are very apologetic and keep you updated on your order. The owners a really nice guy too.

Absolutely disgusting. I was pulled up for 15 minutes, no big deal. Expect, I was given old and burned food. According to the manager, "it sat in the cupboard because they had been so slow". It's on though, she put it in the bag and "it didnt seem too hard". I just don't understand not having standards. Does this location not care anymore? Clearly....

Fish tasted like paper, the fries were cold and rubbery. Pie was iffy. Hardly any ice in pop. 23.00 later. Wow

Food is great, if you get it. Multiple times theyve only given me about half of what i order and Im not going to go again. ordered the 20 piece mcnugget with 2 large fries and no fries ever made it to my bag. Same when i ordered two chicken sandwiches and only got one. They need to start reading the order before making it especially when it costs nearly $8 for a chicken sandwich 🙃

Store manager came out and was unusually nice and made sure my food was hot

Just went through the drive thru at 6 am. Got hash browns and egg mcmuffins. The hash browns could have done a bit more for my liking and the McMuffin was a dry.

Fast clean friendly. The perfect drive thru to start your morning.

It had been a little while since I had stopped at The Golden Arches because the last few times it hasn't been very good. That being said neither times were from this location. I ordered the same thing I always do (yes I'm a creature of habit, and it allows me to compare the food from location to location equally) and this time....it was pretty good! Good enough that I may want more soon! Hopefully it's from this location!

I have always been very satisfied at this location as they are always very kind and helpful. Food is fresh and price is better than other stores. I would recommend this store to anyone on the go and needing a good meal with a smile!!!

McDonalds is McDonald's. The service the food, the attitudes are half what they were. Only go there cause it's quick.

Was fast for food but took almost ten minutes to figure out kiosk. Almost left cause they wouldn't take my order the normal way.

This mickies is nice, folks are nice, foods fresh and hot. Thank you to the team there for giving me lifeblood (cofffeeeeee!!!!) every morning. Couldn’t start the day without ya!

Very pleasant drive thru staff. McDonald's as a whole though the prices are through the roof. A burger can't even be put together properly it's all sloppy. I would expect better service if I'm going to pay 20$ for a one and a half person meal.

They employ good people. One of the managers, an African American woman with black/dark red braids is ALWAYS so kind, thoughtful and considerate. Even in passing (I work not too far from the Heisley location) she greets me and is extremely kind an personable. She was on her way in to work around 2pm on 10/31, and I hope she sees this and is rewarded for her character. Because it’s lacking; people don’t care anymore nowadays. And I’m grateful to her simply for that.

My neice and I were starving and waiting for someone to pick up furniture. We ran to McDonald's ordered 2 sandwiches and rushed back home. We opened the bag and got a large fry and a small fry. Not our order and we just laughed.

Takes a long long long long long long long long long long long long long long long ect. Time toget anything from this terrible horrible disrespecting customers and not even acknowledging there mistakes. This MC Donalds should definitely be ashamed. I don't spend my last on a meal to get it cold and have to deal with disrespectful employees. They are so over priced it's extremely greedy.

I probably picked the busiest time to stop but that crew was incredible. Even though it was a busy time they were very quick with getting orders taken care of.

The morning crew at this location is phenomenal. They always get my order right, serve it fast and with a smile. You all start my day off right!

This absolutely without a doubt, the best McDonald's ever. They are the fastest, you don't sit in the drive thru for more than 8 minutes (fully packed with people). All the employees are nice to me, my order is never wrong and the food is always fresh!
