Ester was extremely helpful and friendly and she kept in touch every step of the way until my issue had been resolved. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy more jewellery from Victoria Cruz, it’s beautifully made and extremely good value for money. Ester’s professionalism was exemplary and she went above and beyond to help me. Considering I am in the UK and Ester is in Spain, this level of customer service is extremely impressive. I absolutely love my ring, I have arthritis and it is difficult for me to find jewellery to fit my fingers, the design of the ring makes it flexible which for me is a win win! The store may seem luxurious at first glance, but there is a little bit of everything, more expensive jewelry but also very affordable items! Totally recommended (it is always appreciated to have such kind and attentive treatment).
