Nobody answers to me so I will leave my comment here - we've bought earrings in your shop at Alfafar. When we came home we discovered it doesn't contain any note about the gold test on item as it always was in all jewelleries we used in the past. I came back to your shop, changed it to another item - chain + coulomb but on chain there was a note on item but on coulomb nothing. Your sales rep told me I can't change it anymore since I changed it once already. And I can't get my money back. So at the end of the day - spent over 300 euros, bad mood, supposes to be poor quality item and 0 response from the company. In case somebody wants to solve this issue - please reach out to me.
