Behold! This paella place actually sells vegetarian paella! (I think it’s even completely vegan, but didn’t specifically ask) Or, as the Spanish like to put it; paella with vegetables. I’m not rating the place 5 stars as almost every dish contains meat or fish (alike all Spanish restaurants), there’s barely any vegetarian / vegan aperitif besides bread with tomato paste, or aioli (with egg). Would love to see more less meat or fish and more vegetable dishes. Nice atmosphere, nice staff and nice prices.

Hands down the best paella you can find in the Valencia area, if not anywhere. Tend to go there every time with my wife and her family when we visit them. Staff goes out of their way to accommodate their guests and their food is simply outstanding. It is a little hidden but once you find it you know it is the real deal. Surrounded by orange fields with ample of parking spaces, this place is second to none. Cannot wait to go back!

The food is not bad. We ordered 2 rices: paella valencia and arroz señoret. We also ordered some apetizers.

The food and the service were good, but it was expensive. I expected something more for that money. Super busy on weekend
