Good place to for furniture, and love that you can now buy the meatballs frozen. Dexent plant section before the warehouse. Sadly they don't sell curtain poles but sell shower curtains and that was one of the things we went for.

I have been an IKEA customer for 15 years, IKEA - GLASGOW Restaurant Division Employee Disaster We were eating at the restaurant with my wife, son and guest, lady and daughter, We bought glasses to buy drinks, Our child refilled more than one drink (3 times). , the cleaning staff of the restaurant section came and said harshly in front of all customers that he could not refill more than once, I know that IKEA does not have such a policy, No one or IKEA treats the customer this way anywhere in the world about multiple refills of beverage like this, Although I talked to the responsible managers , they did not accept the mistake , showed an unfair warning sign , did not apologize , I will follow this case, No one should face this treatment just because a child went to the beverage section 3 times and refilled it. Thank you ,

As usual, it was a great retail experience cruising around the done up sections of homes upstairs. I ended up grabbing a few random bits and bobs and splashing out on a new office chair. Had a great time as well as some meatballs.

This was my first visit to IKEA and I feel a bit daft that I've been missing out on this for years. Really friendly and helpful staff, and the whole experience felt reassuringly... Swedish.

Typically very well laid out, very well supplied ikea shop. Staff members who meet your needs. Polite and helpful. As always one can browse for hours finding stuff we didn't know we wanted lol. Spot on as always

Terrible customer service here today. I was with my daughter who uses a wheelchair we were told by the person on the till under no circumstances could we take the yellow basket out to the car - I had used this to shop as I can't push a wheelchair AND a large trolley. Please be a bit more supportive when someone clearly needs assistance . I thought IKEA would be more sympathetic. I'll try and avoid this branch in future!

Love this store! Fantastic range of products and it's kept clean and tidy. I've found that any member of staff whom I've asked for assistance has been friendly, helpful and professional.

It's just so nice to be back at IKEA. I'm now waiting patiently for the Christmas trees to come in! Meantime I need to check out the store and see what I need. And, I bought a small second hand caravan during lockdown so I need to finish fitting it out for next Spring. One question for IKEA. What happened to the packs of decaffeinated coffee in the shop downstairs? I like to make half decaf coffee (mixing with strong coffee).

Love going to IKEA either for a partial visit to pick up something I need it to walk the showrooms for inspiration. Cafe is usually busy but the queue goes down quickly so it's worth a visit. I recommend trying some of the items from their food shop too, I've never been disappointed yet!

The customer service is a disgrace, over 2 weeks past & still no refund, was told in store not to cancel order will get refund after 2 days, then got a text to say item has been collected, then said it.was a computer error, incurred bank charges due to the incompetence of staff / customer service, spend over 5 hours on the phone trying to resolve matter. And still no result.very disappointing. For a simple refund.

I don't often get out to Ikea, but when I do it is often treated as a bit of a day out! The store itself is well laid out, almost like a theme park where it takes you round everything in a linear path so you don't miss anything. There are some nice touches in places, for example the tribute to the Duke of Wellington statue and a display of local art makes it feel like the giant corporate store is actually aware of it's location and has some uniqueness to it. Half of our flat has Ikea furniture in it and while it can be a bit of a chore or challenge assembling it, it can also be quite fun. It is worth it so you can afford to buy their furniture at cheaper prices than if they were preassembled. The massive warehouse section has touch screens set up at intermittent areas available to help you locate the furniture you want, which is extremely useful. They have also introduced self checkouts which seem to help keep the queues down. Finally, on your way out, don't forget to check out the food market, in particular, the plant based options. Their vegan strawberry ice cream is amazing, and while their hotdogs are basic, the plant based one is full of flavour. Enjoy your day out!

Welcome to the best Swedish restaurant in the UK! Also, of course, it’s an Ikea store. I recommend the Swedish meatballs… delicious!

Great for getting ideas on what to do with your space at home! Store is spacious & products displayed perfect ways for that bit of inspiration. Perfect on a day that it is not so busy so you don't feel overwhelmed/rushed in the choices you make. Staff helpful & friendly, nice to see soo many about in case help was needed!
