Double
bedroom
was
a
tiny
room
in
the
basement
that
you
had
to
walk
through
the
shared
bathroom
to
access,
with
no
fan
and
constantly
damp.
List
of
rules
posted
on
the
wall
absolutely
ridiculous,
attempting
to
shirk
any
responsibility
for
damage
or
loss
if
your
room
gets
broken
into.
Guesthouse
doors
are
closed
at
11:30pm,
you
have
to
bang
on
the
door
until
the
night
porter
wakes
up
to
let
you
in.
You
must
leave
your
key
at
reception
any
time
you
leave
the
guesthouse;
I
was
given
the
wrong
key
back
at
least
3
times
so
I’d
imagine
other
people
were
given
the
key
to
my
room
too.
They
want
you
to
tell
them
exactly
how
much
money
you
have
with
you
and
give
it
to
them
for
safekeeping.
Loud
construction
begins
at
7am
every
morning.
No
electrical
fittings
are
finished
off.
Wires
are
hanging
everywhere,
hopefully
not
live
but
I
wouldn’t
be
surprised.
Wi-Fi
is
very
poor,
basically
unusable
in
most
of
the
guesthouse.
Bathroom
doors
in
shared
bathroom
have
about
a
foot
of
a
gap
at
the
bottom
of
them
so
everyone
gets
a
good
view
of
what
you’re
doing
as
they
walk
past.
Free
breakfast
is
not
worth
even
bothering
with.
Noodle
salad
that
looks
like
it
was
made
a
week
ago.
You’re
entitled
to
one
egg,
you
must
pay
if
you
want
another
one.
They
tried
to
kick
us
out
a
day
early,
forced
us
to
show
them
our
booking
to
make
sure
we
had
paid
for
as
long
as
we
said
we
had.
The
shared
bathroom
flooded
our
room.
I
had
to
throw
out
a
pair
of
shoes
and
some
clothes
as
a.
They
moved
us
to
a
different
room
after
I
complained
and
when
I
asked
what
they
were
doing
about
all
my
wet
stuff
they
laughed
in
my
face,
said
they
didn’t
understand
and
just
walked
off.
