25$ per Night for a Double bed room. Breakfast (different variations of eggs + Toast) included. Was okay. Clean. However they used a strong smelling washing powder. Mattress was rather hard. It was okay for one night, but I searched for another option for the remaining days.

Be cautious. I booked through hostel world, arrived and was informed that the dorm no longer existed. I was told that id have to pay 3times the amount planned, and use a private room, or negotiate a refund with hostel world and find other lodgings. Also tried to charge me more than hostel world advertised, before figuring out the room wanted didn't exist. I'm staying elsewhere. Caution advised.

Check out is at 11 at 10:20 there was a guy knocking at the door while I was taking a shower. He made me open the door and asked me at what time I was going to leave. I did the check out at 10:50 he said that they prefer visitors to check out before 11. It really bothered me.

I was there just to ask if they have available room. The service friendly and very nice. The room big but basic. Is little outside of the center. Easy to found just 2 steps from center in river or in next street many guesthouses cheaper and very good quality.

Very poor room , firstly room we were shown and stayed in first night was extremely basic even tho we had upgraded to a better room when we booked , no bed side lights, rock hard mattress and no curtain over window that was at side of bed so no protection from the sun shining into our faces when we slept but worst of all a cockerel or two that started crowing at 1am and carried throughout the night, making it very hard to get any sleep , changed room next night refused first room shown and pointed out a room which cleaner was cleaning and got that on instead which was a massive improvement, reviews were good which made us change from a better accommodation when we read them.for this inn , never had a chance to try the free breakfast as was to tired to.get up .

The woman (boss) has psychiatrical problem. She keeps asking if we are going to steal her book and talks very badly to clients. Not recommanded. Her husband is sweet. Haha

Ok place to stay in Luang Prabang. 10 minute walk to main center where the shops and restaurants are. Nice staff. AC & wifi. Slightly outdated, having a fridge would be nice.

The was ok clean. Helpful staffs, but no tv or fridge could use some appliances and furniture upgrades but overall I was satisfied with the service highly recommended for the price.

Double bedroom was a tiny room in the basement that you had to walk through the shared bathroom to access, with no fan and constantly damp. List of rules posted on the wall absolutely ridiculous, attempting to shirk any responsibility for damage or loss if your room gets broken into. Guesthouse doors are closed at 11:30pm, you have to bang on the door until the night porter wakes up to let you in. You must leave your key at reception any time you leave the guesthouse; I was given the wrong key back at least 3 times so I’d imagine other people were given the key to my room too. They want you to tell them exactly how much money you have with you and give it to them for safekeeping. Loud construction begins at 7am every morning. No electrical fittings are finished off. Wires are hanging everywhere, hopefully not live but I wouldn’t be surprised. Wi-Fi is very poor, basically unusable in most of the guesthouse. Bathroom doors in shared bathroom have about a foot of a gap at the bottom of them so everyone gets a good view of what you’re doing as they walk past. Free breakfast is not worth even bothering with. Noodle salad that looks like it was made a week ago. You’re entitled to one egg, you must pay if you want another one. They tried to kick us out a day early, forced us to show them our booking to make sure we had paid for as long as we said we had. The shared bathroom flooded our room. I had to throw out a pair of shoes and some clothes as a. They moved us to a different room after I complained and when I asked what they were doing about all my wet stuff they laughed in my face, said they didn’t understand and just walked off.
