Really nice hotel located walking distance from inner city. I can not tell much about the rooms. Looks like 4 star hotel. I come the swim in the clean beautiful pool and garden. You pay about 500000 kip for one person and can enjoy a really cold nice pool and first class food. The perfect place to escape a hot day.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Delightful staff , receptionist was very helpful and spoke great English , also "Seesee" from the diningroom was a lovely young man , whos English was good also was a delight. He spoke about lots of things and was very informative on most things we asked him. The pool area was great , and despite building works going on , there was really little worry about the noise.....it was in daylight hours , so I guess the complaints about noise , was from people who slept during this time . Only complaint , if I think about it , was the lights stayed on all night and shone into the room. Mask over eyes fixed it though. Would stay here again if I return to Pakse.

Overall an excellent place to stay. Love the view in front of the hotel. But the pool is just too close to the rooms and in the morning you would hear people talking at the pool when you want to sleep. This is a point to consider if you want a quiet environment to sleep. Food? Not so nice. But fresh. Service very good. Would come back.

Beautiful small hotel in the center of Pakse, right next to the former royal palace and in walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Spacious rooms arranged on two floors around a pool.

Good place for family stay. But restaurant are not recommended since they got limited choice. The price a little bit high compare to standard

Great services!!! The staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. They help me a lot. At night, I forgot to lock a motorbike. One staff came and told me, then he willingly went to lock a moto for me. Other staff helped me with SIM card and suggestions for restaurant. The room is new and clean. The hotel is located in the heart of the city. If I went to Pasek again, I would go back to this hotel.
