they do not respond to my emails nor calls. AWFUL customer service.

They ask for a valid fiscal code to be able to workout there. So if you are not Italian, just don’t waste your time. Now it seems clear why this gym has such a bad score.

Jan 24 update : Great .....except : Floor of the men's toilets flooded with piss most nights. Toilets need to be cleaned more often than once in the morning. No urinals and poor pissing precision by the punters means a lot of piss ends up on the floor by 18:00. I think guys stand further away to avoid the piss lake and so things get worse.....sticky & stinky on bad days. Installing urinals where the bidets have been removed would probably fix it. Apart from that its great :- Good equipment (Technogym & other brands) and lots of it. Gets busy on Monday and Tuesday evenings but not so you cant work out if you are flexible about the sequence you use the machines. Friendly & smart staff. Extended hours compared to competitors - 7 days a week and public holidays. Good sized changing rooms and free warm and powerful showers. The 7 showers are sufficient (unlike the in the McFits in Germany I've used where enormous gyms designed for 100's of people only have 3 showers and 1 (ONE?) hair drier - Duh! Can any 1 at McFit explain this ????) Maybe the entire management team are bald..... Excellent value for money and easy to manage subscription on line. Cancellation process works - I tried it once and didn't have any problems. Subscription can be suspended for a month at a time using the website. You get access to gyms across Europe - great if you travel a lot. Improvements : Toilets - see above Sometimes the sound system is set too loud to hear your own music unless you have over-ear headphones. Open some branches in London. Over all highly Recommended!

I left my bag in the closet they cleaned the gym i came the next day and the closet was closed and my bag was already gone i had my go pro in it and no one of the stuff can help they say go call online maybe they will help you, actually the stuff isn't helping in anything and i am not talking only about this case

Good trainers, good equipment... moderately occupied. Good music, attentive personal trainers available on cost and demand.
