We had a great experience at Settecento. The people who work there are very friendly and provide a very helpful service. Decent meal options for breakfast, lunch and dinner and pretty flexible when it comes to tinkering with the orders. The room was spacious, the bed was very big and comfortable and the aircon is good. (We needed it as it was around 38 degrees throughout our stay) Good location, with mountain views just a short walk outside the hotel and just a 15 minute walk to the station. The pool is decent sized, with a nice bar service and music playing throughout. Thank you!

The hotel has very poor wifi at low speed and needs you to connect every time. The restaurant and room service was not available because there was a wedding. This should’ve been announced before to anticipate guests. There is no hot water kettle in the room. Breakfast is repetitive as it’s the same set of food everyday. Overall atmosphere is nice.

A wonderful location cozy and refined ruined by food and service not certainly in line with the expectations. I can't actually judge the hotel as I haven't stayed there, I was there at a marriage party and it was a bit disappointing. The food portions were scarce and the quality very questionable. They were supposed to make special food for two people with lactose intolerance and gluten intolerance and they didn't. I definitely wouldn't suggest anyone to organize a party there. I just hope that the hotel is better

Very friendly! Amazing team with good food. The Hotel has an artistic interior, at the restaurant has an eclectic style between modern and old medieval. The pool it's very clean and has nice surroundings. I recomand it! It's at 10-15 min. from the train/ bus station via Milano or Bergamo. An relaxing place to stay!

Large and clean room with large beds. Friendly staff. Extremely clean and nice pool with pool bar and food. Good parking for free. We stayed a few days extra since we liked it so much.

Positive The building itself is ok. Ok roms and a nice outdoor area and pool. The young girl at the pool bar was very service minded, polite and effective Negative The breakfast is very unorganised. They aim for service or coronafriendly something and insist of bringing you the breakfast to your table. But the workers are totaly unorganized. They go back and forth with one spoon or one coffe, without clearing the used plates and cups on the next tables...Thinks take time. Also simple things like salmon or salami to put on the bread, and wholewheat bread, you have to order and pay extra for.

We were here for the second time. Love it! The room for 3 is perfect and the decoration in the hotel is so beautiful. Swimming pool and the lovely breakfast with glutenfree options. Cant wait to visit the next time.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal Kann ich nicht empfehlen. Personal behandelt einen wie Personen zweiter Klasse. Pool kann nicht genutzt werden 9 Uhr macht er auf 8:30 alle Liegen sind bereits reserviert. Dieses Hotel ist null zu empfehlen

Schönes Hotel nur bei spät Anreise keine Möglichkeit zu Abend zu essen, da man ja nicht reserviert hat.
