AVOID! This is hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had, this is in no way a 5 star hotel, I would say more like 3 stars. The place is dirty, the sink and shower in the room were broken and the service was by far the worst part. On our last day we complained and told the hotel about our awful experience in which they told us they would give us a free massage( which was very nice the lady was lovely) and a free lunch, however we never received the free lunch promised and had to pay after we had eaten We then asked the lady to book us a taxi for 5pm as we had a bus to catch and she said she would. We arrived at 5pm and no taxi had been booked for us and she was avoiding us sitting in the back room while leaving another man to deal with this. We had to wait 45 minutes for a taxi and missed our bus back to Barcelona leaving us having to pay for another bus ticket, waiting for two hours in the bus station and missing our plans in Barcelona for the night. If you are used to staying in 5 star hotels you will not be happy with the service or amenities at this establishment. DISGRACE

Amazing experience. I recently visited this "hidden" gem on the 15th october and we were not disappointed. The food, staff and setting was all incredible and worth every cent spent there. If you want a fancy dinner and some great food during a visit i can almost guarantee you won't be disappointed here.

What can I say about this place but absolutely loved it. Great Hotel, great service, great atmosphere, great restaurant, great value, great atmosphere, great pool and nice little Spa. I will come back and yes it is little uncomfortable ride up but is completely worth it, more of a horse trail the road but once you get there you know why is completely worth it. There are too many good things I could say about this place but don't have the time now. I will let some of the pictures talk for themselves. Cannot wait to get back. Try the church tour, try the winery tour, make sure you have a nice meal at the restaurant or two. Disconnect and enjot this jewel of a Hotel/Restaurant.

Excellent restaurant. Spacious bedrooms, could be more confortable if furnitures were moderne... Road going to the hotel is not good.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Fantastic rooms, fantastic service and such a lovely place. I have special dietary restrictions (vegetarian and intolerance to wheat) and the hotel were amazing ! One of the managers/owners? I’m not sure which, is also intolerant to gluten so they were used to dealing with this and I felt very reassured that the food was safe for me. Fantastic!

It's surprising me a lot how this place still have 5 stars. Located in a very natural and quite area just 20 min from Lloret we stayed there for one night. The condition of the room was unacceptable even for a 3 stars hotel. The bathroom walls and door marked by the humidity and completely ruined.Also the rest of the room was presenting signs of humidity and equipped with cheap forniture. Because they couldn't gave us another room they just applied a 10% discount. The hotel is visibly understaffed and the majority of them are young people who certainly don't have a clue how to give a 5 star service. The only pros are the pool and restaurant ( the food was delicious and thank you to the chef who was preparing some extra menu vegetarian dish) Definitely avoid the spa. Overpriced for a a small pool with hydromassage and a "weak" steam room. Certainly we'll never repeat.

On the first day we got there, there were 13 people in the pool which were friends with the owner (not guests), drunk and shouting at each other making it very unpleasant. The hotel later did not charge us for one night given this situation. Very unprofessional staff, young with little experience in the sector. In our room there was no hair dryer, wifi and we could hear the washing machine through the AC at 00:30! On a positive note, beautiful location, amazing pool and great food. Overall, I would not give it more than 3 stars.

"Thoroughly disappointed with my stay. The staff was not only rude but also painfully slow in their service. Be prepared to pay extra for just about everything, even basic amenities like the spa which costs a staggering €25 per person per hour! Moreover, meals aren't inclusive, and they'll charge you separately for lunch and dinner. The location is in the middle of nowhere, making it inconvenient to explore other places. The overarching vibe? Unless you're willing to continuously pay up, you're not welcome. Will not be returning."

We went by bicycle to this amazing place and enjoyed the view and high service of this place. We recommend everybody to take a hike or go by bicycle and enjoy the peace luxury and the view

We found a last minute deal and decided to book 1 night in the hotel. We were 4 friends and booked 1 room with a terrace and 1 standard room. Having been to enough 5 star hotels in our lives, this hotel by all no means was providing a 5 star standard. Seeing the 'spa' in the name of the hotel, we were expecting a big, nice Spa, which you pay 20€ per person per hour to enter. Before entering, we were told that the spa includes 'a sauna, a turkish bath, a pool, a jacuzzi' but its basically a big pool with 2 massage sources, 1 tiny steam room and a shower (we didn't understand that they meant by turkish bath, cause there wasn't any area like that, and we are Turkish....). Spa experience was not good and it wasn't very clean either. The rooms were very very standard, the standard room didn't have a minibar (?!?!) and the bathtub was blocked. The drinks glasses we used outside in the pool area were still there a day after, the dirty ashtrays were not cleaned over a 12 hour period of time. The food was good, the restaurant service was very good (thank you Luca!) and the location is great for walks in the forest. The wifi was not working properly in the hotel, wasn't connecting in some areas. To be honest, if we get another deal like this we could go back, but otherwise, if I want to choose a 5 star hotel, this really would not be my choice.

It's a gem! A fascinating hotel just 15min drive to the beaches and Lloret de Mar. DANI was so helpful and made us feel very welcomed! Also the price of this hotel is cheap for the quality.

Excellent hotel that formerly was a convent. The staff was very welcoming and attended to all our needs. We had breakfast and dinner, the food was spectacular and sourced from local farmers. Presentation and selection were top notch. The bed was very comfortable and you could tell they really clean your room during your stay. The view to the surrounding city and ocean was amazing. We used the spa and had a massage, which was very relaxing. A very unique type of stay.

Great service all around, room was perfect and food delicious.

The worst hotel in existence, avoid at all costs, every single thing about the place was horrible, the food, the staff, the rooms and the spa was filthy. You could not pay me to stay at this place again. The way we were treated was nothing like 5 stars, I wouldn’t even give this place 3 stars. Pathetic

The most amazing SPA experience in Lloret de Mar in an exclusive and peaceful location! There are no sufficient words to express my gratitude for the great ayurvedic massage ritual offered by Mrs. Maria Franco, the Spa Manager! I give 3 stars because unfortunately upon check out the staff member was completely unprofessional. There is a problem with internal communication and information that is provided for guests. Be aware that apparently if someone is booked in for a massage, no one is allowed to access the spa area, however, you can access the spa with other guests (website)... but not - it wasn't clear and the information and attitude of said staff member wasn't acceptable. We booked directly to enjoy the services and yes, we used the spa on the following day, which didn't disappoint but, it was disappointing to feel lied to... We upgraded our reservation to have a terrace, however on the photos you see there is a tub/jacuzzi outside - this is blocked with a slab, which is also unfortunate but we were happy to have the outside area. However the location is beautiful and the hotel itself is stunning, the personnal really let it down, except for the young waiter for breakfast, extremely professional and welcoming - so thank you to him. We won't be returning but I hope whoever is in charge makes the necessary changes to training and marketing, people don't pay to come to a place like this to feel undermined.
