Don't go for a studio but the apartments are well appointed for two people there is some night time noise from other guests who may be on hen or stag visits but the management try to keep it under control they're also is a lot of noise generated by the staff either with music or moving furniture car parking at the weekend is impossible you can rent from the complex but at 18 Euros a night more than parking in central Barcelona they only change the towels which are tiny once every 4 days and on an 8 night stay they will not change the bedding at all. The pool is a good size and seems to be little used

First of all, the people were rude and it does not help when they were stressed out and didn't even know what they were doing, we were told to hold the deposit receipt but not the other receipt that we got and we got in to trouble, the room smelled like cigarettes but nothing was done except the next day. The sofa bed did not work and ac did not work as well. Everything else seemed okay when we got in there, everything was cleaned except there was a cigarette buds in the toilet, the system there is not okay. Little noicy in the night and the morning as well. I do not recommend this place

It is very recommended to stay away from this place. Worst costumer service ever! The only good thing about this place is the pool.

It's a pity I can't add photos as this place was disgusting. Dirty couch with cigarette burns in it. The fridge smelled so bad, you couldn't put your food in it.you had to try and find a sunbed that wad clean and not broken. Dirty floor in apartment, curtains had food all over them. Air conditioning was filthy. Lifts were dirty. This is not a 3 star hotel. Great for your groups who don't care where they stay. The photos are old and need up dating on the website. The beach was lovely, the city is for young people, would not recommend this place to anyone

3 stars for a 3 star hotel and 1 more for how close it is to the beach. Veryyyy basic - alright for young couples or groups of young friends. Pool bar closes at 6 when the pool closes it 8? 10 minute walk to beach and centre so that’s good. Pool nice However - they try and mug you off for more money as a deposit (which we werent even told about) so we were €200 short instead of €100 when we didn’t know that at all. And wouldn’t get it back until you do the cleaners job for them. We left our room tidy, towels in shower like asked and no rubbish anywhere outside the bin, but got told we had to take it out to the street and clean more while a lady observed us to get our €200 back - what do you employ cleaners for?? Wasn’t that big of a deal, just nice to know. DREADFUL for getting to Barcelona do not stay in this city If you want to visit there. Bald staff man a bit rude Women staff alright 3 for 3 stars

we as a family of eight booked this hotel through the loveholidays website. the hotel has been pre-paid, there is no information on the website that everyone must pay another deposit of £ 200 upon arrival.service at the reception was terrible, they spoke poorly in English. we have a small child with whom we had to wait one hour at the reception for a room key after 11 at night I do not recommend it, I will never stay in this place again.

The hotel was disgustingly dirty, doors and walls rotten with damp couch and curtains had so many stains on, got fresh towels after the 2nd day then nothing at all, we asked for more after a lot of requesting we got 2 hand towels they took £200 euro from the couple in front of us but Web site says it is 50 Euro per person the guy tried to charge us 400 euro but we had the Web site up and showed him so we got it for 50 euro per person. Hotel and staff are very out dated the lifts were dirty and not cleaned once. Our friend found a cotton bud on the floor by the bed when she first entered the room so obviously wasn't cleaned properly, not one cleaner came in the room for the whole 7 days. Can't stress enough this hotel was disgusting and the staff all need re training in customer service, as not one was very helpful at all, hotel needs knocking down, or at the very least a lot of money spent on it to get it fumigated get new curtains couches oh and the beds are paper thin feels like sleeping on cardboard, the lift button was loose when you pressed for the lift. Not sure what the staff do except take money for deposits, safes, parking ect, you have to ask for a kettle and toaster and they don't have an iron, for a self catering hotel they had the bare minimum, and they don't provide it unless you ask for it. Overall not a very pleasant hotel and staff. Would NEVERgo back there.

Terrible service, when we got there the room wasn't clean, stuff was broken and even though we had the feminine products on the floor when we got there they didn't gave us a new room and only said they will clean it tomorrow (btw they didn't). Most of the staff is very rude and will try to take as much money from you for everything so you if you plan to stay there please film the entire room for broken stuff cuz they'll say you did it.

+ clean pool +nice breakfast +nice stuff at breakfast +close to tossa and Barcelona +close to city center (party and bars and beach) -no toilet paper for free -it looks scary at night (not recommended to arrive at night) -200€ caution -sheets have stains -no power plugs (just one in each room)

The worst reception and service , disgusting rooms with many malfunctioned devices and problems with everything. A terrible experience that I won’t repeat and won’t recommend to anyone

Staff are rude and are not helpful. Security are not polite and the manager makes rules that are not in the policy. Bad hotel 0/10 never coming back and you also shouldnt too!

I’ve just checked out from the hotel this morning and to be honest this place is horrible. And i will explain. First of all we came at 12:30 am and we got the rooms close to 19:00 pm. The people behind the desk came to me and got head to head with me only because i was tired and wanted my room. There is no room service at all i swear I’ve been here 6 nights and i has to shower with the same towel every day and no toilet paper nothing i had to buy everything by myself. The feeling i get every time i enter the hotel is like why did you come here. And the overall feeling sucks here and everything is so dirty here and the location is sucks to be honest you have an insane hill to get here and the only supermarket here is pretty expensive but they are good people. I wont add photos because I didn’t take pictures.
