    Thank you for your response to my other review however there is a cancellation fee on my booking or no turn up fee. Both myself and booking tried contacting you however neither got any response. Please could you provide me with some contact information for someone who will answer and is able to assist me with problem.

    Xavi was amazing! He was Super friendly and made sure we was all happy and had everything we needed. In comparison to all the other reviews the apartment was actually nice. They was quite modern and clean compared to the other cheap hotels / apartments we looked at. You do have to pay €2 for towels and bedding and the €120 deposit that it does say on the website. Location wise... the hill is a mission to get up but you are about a 10 min walk for the main strip Overall though we had a very good holiday! (:

    It's okay. The room was fine, except the shower. There was nothing to hold back the water, so within a day the whole bathroom was wet and dirty. Also, the balcony is very small. But it's relatively cheap so what do you expect more? The place of the apartment is not so good, it's on a small hill so after a long day or after a heavy night it's really exhausting to walk back. The employees were very nice. So, it's a good appartement for the youth. The employees don't care about loud music etc.

    1 star is being too generous!!! me and 4 mates stayed here for a week and it was the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life. you have to pay extra for towels and bed sheets, no cleaners up until you leave. the security is an absolute wet wipe, you make a tiny bit of noise and he'll call the police and give you 20 minutes to get out, luckily we compromised and stayed the duration of our stay. the receptionists do not take complaints seriously at all. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

    Xavi was a fantastic and had excellent customer service!! Our stay was good. The location is 5 min walk to the beach and 15 mins to the city centre. The apartment had a few things faulty such as the curtain rail but they fixed them the same day. The reception is closed from 12pm til 4pm which isn’t great as the apartment is on a hill so going to the shops is a lot of effort and with luggage.

    We had a great stay, the rooms were very clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. The appartement staff was very kind!

    I asked why Mrs. Maria has so many negative opinions, they immediately wanted to cancel our reservation. It's a complete lack of culture. I do not recommend.

    Also ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Die Apartments sind in einem guten Zustand und eigentlich auch sehr sauber. Der Pool war ebenfalls schön. Lage etwas abseits, aber fußläufig ist trotzdem alles gut zu erreichen. Das einzig negative war die WLAN - Verbindung. Diese funktionierte nämlich weder am Pool noch im Zimmer. Personal ebenfalls eher etwas reserviert.

    Gebucht war AR Blavamar für den Preis von 397€ für 6 Übernachtungen, welches geschlossen war. Erfahren habe ich es erst nach Telefonieren mit Rezeption. Man musste durch die halbe Innenstadt zur Rezeption und wirden dann im AR Borodin eingelassen. Es war ein Appartment, welches sehr heiß, verschmutz und laut war. Fenster öffnen war mit viel Lautstärke verbunden. Am nächsten Tag anderes Appartement mit klima verlangt und wir werden zum Melrose Place gebracht, welches angeblich frisch renoviert war. Zu den bereits bezahlten 397€ wurden nochmals 510€ fällig plus 2€ pro Person Bettwäsche und 120€ Kaution. Vorhanden war ein großes Bett für 2 und ein Sofa, welches aufgemacht wurde und auch für 2 Personen sein sollte. Das Sofa hatte auf der besseren Hälfte eine versteifung die immerzu am Rücken drückte. Die andere Liegeplätze bestand aus den 3 Kissen für den Rücken und bewegten sich bei jeder Bewegung auseinander, so das man auch hier nicht gut schlafen konnte. Als Besonderheit gab es einen kleinen Pool. Es wurde auch WLAN angeboten, für welches man pro Gerät ziemlich hohe Preise verlangte.Aus diesem Grunde haben wir kein WLAN geordert. Parkplätze sind so gut wie keine zu bekommen. Der Supermarkt ist ca 600 Meter entfernt und ist über eine lange Treppe erreichbar. Mit den Einkäufen ist es ein beschwerlichen Weg zurück.
