I got a haircut from Headmasters Ludhiana today, this was my second time here and loved their service as usual. The hair artist understood my requirements and how i wanted my look to be.

The service provided was commendable, with a courteous and welcoming staff and the 5-Star rating rightly reflects that very fact. However, it is disheartening to learn that the establishment has imposed a policy requiring all staff to exclusively communicate in Hindi with guests, disregarding the Punjabi language. Such a mandate is regrettable and reflects poorly on the establishment's inclusivity. It is crucial for the management to recognize the importance of preserving linguistic diversity and cultural roots. Reevaluating the decision to prioritize Hindi over Punjabi is necessary to promote an environment that respects and values all languages equally.

I had an amazing experience at Headmasters! The hair cut and hair spa were absolutely fantastic. The stylist paid great attention to detail and gave me a haircut that suits me perfectly. The hair spa was so relaxing and left my hair feeling incredibly soft and rejuvenated. The staff was friendly and professional, making the whole visit enjoyable. I couldn't be happier with the results, and I'll definitely be coming back for more services in the future. Thank you, Headmasters, for making me feel and look great!

I have had a great experience here at the head master! It is very unique. I have done mani and pedicure, body polishing, hair treatment and facial! I do highly recommend it. The staff are very nice and helpful! Such a great environment. ❤️

The service was excellent. I got haircut and my sister in law got aesthetic service along with global hair and botox hair treatment. The service was too good. Really happy with the results. Very good and cooperative staff.

Very disappointing first visit. Waited for one hour. Took me to hairdresser's seat. After 1 minute guy came( who normally book) and said something to hairdresser. Then hairdresser said sorry he got his regular client and have to take him. So they moved to different chair. Waited there few minutes then someone said another hairdresser will be free shortly.

Rajesh, the best hair stylist so far i have ever had experience with. He is so humble and polite to his clients and what an art he does to ones hairs. It’s been years and I only visit him for my hair cuts.

Hello This is the review about todays visit at Ludhiana location . Rajesh is very professional, dedicated and he knows what he is doing . Although, I colored my hair for first time and didn’t knew anything about it . I told Rajesh what I want and he understood the assignment. So , ladies if you are thinking of getting your hair done , please dont wait and just run to this store . All staff is really nice . Well done team Headmasters . I visited yesterday for a hair spa, manicure, and pedicure appointment, and my experience was awful. Firstly, I had scheduled a hair spa appointment and specifically requested a particular stylist. Despite having a confirmed appointment, the wait time was 1 hour. The stylist seemed overbooked, as he kept moving between clients, leaving me waiting for an extended period even after arriving on time for my scheduled appointment. 45 minutes of hairspa turned into 3 hours of inconvenience. Additionally, I had also booked appointments for a manicure and pedicure, which, unfortunately, were not in the system despite multiple confirmation calls. This lack of communication and coordination by the RECEPTION STAFF resulted in a significant inconvenience and a longer wait time for services that should have been pre-scheduled.

I had a really good experience at Headmasters ludhiana. They were quick to accommodate me for my hair colour appointment and Mr. Rajesh did an amazing job , he listened to my needs patiently and did exactly what i asked for. Overall, it was a good experience.
