Fake reviews showing it 5 star. But in actually not deserve any star. Every wall having cracks from more than years. No repair work done. Our floor being under construction from years. No near by hospital, school or any vegetable or grocery vendor. 3bhk is under contraction any all the road always fill with construction waste. Nails laying on road most of the time causing danger for small kids. Park having noting for kids. Nothing has been completed as showing on there ads 😒. Charging money without any receipt. No one has any electricity connection receipt. All has done on fake basis. No voter card this is becoming day by day a fake society.

As we came first to this society hve seen a lot of things. Staff is cooperative listen to u when required. And a well constructed building with genuine facilities. And safe a secure place to stay with ur family and kids.

Do not ever buy agi skygarden apartments. Do not go for it. Staff is very egoistic and selfish. They cheat on clients with the name of interest income. They have kept my money for 3 months, didn't provide any agreement for 2.5 months. Low and cheap attitude officials are there to deal with the clients who are insane for interest income and waste your time returning money so that they earn penny of interest income more from that money 💰. They didn't conclude on anything and when I demanded my money back then there official tried to lengthen the minor issue so that they can earn interest. They are greedy for interest income guys. Thank God I took the right decision for not continuing with the flat purchase. Beware of them and there low level employees.

AGI sky garden is the best affordable housing project of Punjab. In the past, this project was also awarded with the Empowering India Award under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. This project is located on Jalandhar to Ludhiana highway. This project is very beautiful and attractive.

We booked a 2BHK through airbnb. The flat was well maintained and provided us a convenient stay. The society has got a great security and an inside park as well. It also has a great parking facility.

The security is very rude at the main gate,keeps asking questions, and has problem with people coming into my house.Frequent power cuts with no backup in the house. No nearby gym,or amenities

We stayed in the society for a couple of days using AirBnB provided flat. The biggest drawback of the society is that the delivery person's - Swiggy and Zomato, gets delayed every time and they put the blame on security at the ground floor.
