I m not gauranting what happened with me will happen with everyone but i m sharing my experience. For a tier 2 city like jalandhar 3500 for 1 night in a hotel is very expensive but for the sake of comfort for my family i booked this resort named the grand lilly resort. But this proved to be a life lesson that it is not necessary that expensive things have quality. After the travelling of 8-9 hrs first thing u demand in a hotel is water. But in grand lilly resort jalandhar there is politics b/t staff who will provide drinking water. I called reception for drinking water, they said call room service but when i called room service they said rudely call reception for water. I waited for good 1 and half an hour for water. At last i visited the receptionist, and asked him what is this happening. I m begging for drinking water even after paying more than everage rates. He throwed some fixed punchline like we are sorry for the inconvenience, but did nothing. At last they provided 2 bottels of water as per their convenience not mine and charged 130 Rs for 2 ltr water. Price is not an issue but the way they provide service is disgusting. This happened in the night, day staff may be good, i dont know.

This property needs lot of renovation especially in room ...i had recently attended a marriage n stayed inn for two nights n days.. All of the staff members were very polite n nice ...food was delicious no doubt. All the best

Completely unprofessional people. I have called them to know about their services and package and asked for suitable date for visit. They told me to deposit money after discounting the call, then only their sales team will meet me.. You people lost your mind or what??

Hotel should atleast check the room before arrival of the guest. There was some smell in the room which was there if not used for long time. Room service was ok. Ambience of the rooms is also ok ok. There is nothing wow in the hotel.

Spacious property. King-size rooms with big bathrooms. Huge garden, balcony and reception area. However, service is average and food is below average. We only took Buffett breakfast, the choices were very less, with super slow service and not so good food.

It was a superb place with good scenic view of pool from the glass window.however, I reckon that lightning in the room could be improved and one disappointing thing was the smell that I noticed due to poor ventilation in this case more effective air purifier could be utilised along with some aroma.

Worst place, they did fraud with us during our visit , made online payment before reaching the place on advance booking but after reaching they said their is no any booking and denied any payment, kindly don’t pay in advance here.

My room(Groom) was facing issue of door lock which they're not able to sort out till end rest everything was perfect

This place is such a fraud and it's manager Mr. Manjit Mishra is such a spineless person, had an awful experience here, booked this place four months before marraige function and they asked for more money for the hall booked at last moment! Guys if u wanna ruin your function then only book this place! So disgusted with their service!!!

Stayed here 3 nights bit far from city centre but a good hotel to stay staff friendly rooms large and clean I would recommend this hotel

Rooms need some maintenance but otherwise good location, peaceful.

This hotel is not worth staying at all. The lights in the rooms don't work, the plug points in the room don't work, no hot water in the evening. If you ask the call desk to help with issues in the room, they don't bother, you would have to definitely call up again and request them to come and help. No ventilation in the rooms, you would suffocate to death; the windows are fixed i.e. they don't open and the ACs have been permanently turned off. Please stay away from it, better spend your hard earned money at some place better.

The property is right on the Highway. Beautiful lawns and party hall to cater for approximately 500 -800 gathering.

Beautiful hotal, rooms are clean foods are very good 👍 but quite far from the main city.

It's on Jalandhar highway..one of the oldest resort located on Jalandhar highway..Though it needs to be updated with time

Rooms are good but mattress quality is not at all for good sleep...they really need to upgrade the beddings and mattresses to provide value for money otherwise location and other facilities are nice and as par with a 3 star property
