Had the worst experience shopping at this trends store at Kanhangad today. I have visited many trends throughout India, the service in this store was the worst. The staff don’t even bother to take care of the customers. Instead, they like to pass unpleasant comments and snide remarks.

A textile shop with, plenty of modern collection even though 50 percentage of popular brands are only present,but you will have good selection option to find out your clothings both for males and females as well as kids, plenty of space is there inside the Shop to move around and you never feel congested, some of the staffs are co-operative and will help in selection of dresses, Carparking facilities are there infront of the shop

Worst experience. Staffs just roam around. No support to customers. They dont even look at you. I felt so hostile like I went to their college campus where we were an interruption to their chats and fun.

This place is need new collection something more to amthe trend going on and the staff at the billing counter need to be more focused on customer. They just play around joking and work really slow even when there is a crowd. They make the customer wait for long time just by time passing in a corner. I asked for a person for customer service section and he was just coming from there he showed me the way and dint even feel the responsibility to attend my queries. I had to wait for some time so that I can find someone. Seriousness and professionalism towards there job seems missing.

Just wonderful great selection of dresses and also there are some extras like deodorant and perfume, slippers , sandals , wallet etc. Parking was disappointed

Reasonable place for readymade dresses. The drawback of this store is that they do not have a facility to alter the length of pants to suit our length and waist... We have to visit the tailors outside. Other shops at Kanhangad do have alternating facilities.
