Nice, cozy place for your work meetings or a quick chai-biscuit break. I tried their iced-tea and the chai biscuit. It was a pocket friendly affair, plus the vibes are very relaxing. I, overall, had a great time. Yes, I did not try their chai as such, but since I'm not a guy who likes chai, I preferred the lemon iced tea (sugarless) and found it to be alright. :) Edit: this space has shifted from where it was to the end of the PVR Saket/ Anupam community center, just opposite Pizza Hut.

What a beautiful coffee I had from this place today. The name is chai point but they serve not only amazing tea but certainly good food and even more amazing coffee. Absolutely loved this place. Extremely clean and efficient staff like Dishant. He not only served us with warmth but also guided about the tea packet options available at the outlet. Much appreciated!

This is one of my go to place. The ambience is quite impressive. It's a calm place where you can sit and work. Taking online meetings is also not an issue as its not noisy as the other cafe around. The staff is helpful. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a cafe where you can concentrate and work peacefully.

A go to place if you are looking for quick meet up, or some calm and quite coffee date. Like the interior and the aura of the place.

Loved the decor of this place. The ambience is really great. The best thing about any Chai point cafe is the price which is very much affordable. Staff here at this cafe are soft spoken and well behaved. Situated neat PVR anupam, this cafe is a must visit.

The service is super slow even without having any visible crowd. There is nothing desi about the place.Just an upmarket cafeteria kind of feel. The Cold coffee served was not at all sweet probably they forgot to add sugar.Also the taste of the other items we ordered were just normal. Don’t go if you are looking for the desi “Chai” kind of feel.

This is Chai Point's new outlet in pvr anupam complex. The place has quirky interiors and a good seating arrangement. They serve a variety of tea and other beverages along with munchies. The taste is decent but it's kinda variable. Some times the tea is fresh and at other times it tastes odd. The service is good though. Some consistency is needed.
