Good surgeon, worst human being I've ever come across. Only cares about his surgery (because money) not the patient. His assistant will be after your life to write a good review on social media.. So don't trust the 5 star reviews. Plenty of good neurologists out there. Once operation is done you are on your own.. Pls go to someone who will care about your family member.

He’s not only a doctor but a healer. He took up my mothers case. And i am glad that I chose him to perform the surgery. It went well and mom recovered from the pain. Kindly don't visit this doctor if you love your family, he only wants money . My mom fell down. There was a little blood clot in left side of the head. When I visited, he didn't ask or check anything, or didn't see any report like ECG, ECO, NCT, TROI. Just checked CT scan and directly asked me to admit my mom for 3 days observation, if clotting was not stop we have to do surgery. When I asked is it necessary or atleast give me a day time to think n take second opinion. He told me not to waist time, if I'll not admit my mom it will be too late for her. She won't be saved. When I came out of his office his assistant ask me to show the slip n told me there will be a surgery for this which will cost around 2 lacs apart from room n other hospital expenses. At that moment they created a normal situation like a critical situation. Somehow I thought I'll take my chances. When I told them I don't want to admit they kind of force me to admit or else there will be too late. Finally I left and visited different doctor he checked all the things, asked multiple questions what has actually happened, where is the pain n checked all the reports. Gave the medicine for 10days. Hopefully, everything went alright... So I just went to tell all you guys he must be a good surgeon but he is sitting in Max hospital just to make himself rich n make money for hospital. Not to treat patient. For these people It's all business & just an another transaction. Most of 5stars reviews are fake n fraud.

Dr. Manish Vaish is the best neurosurgeon in my views. He operated my three year sons tumor and the results are very promising. It has been three years and the kid is very much fine.

I could not have imagined a better treatment and overall healthcare experience that I had with Dr. Vaish at Max Super Specialty Hospital, Vaishali, Ghaziabad (November-2021). Dr. Vaish was so respectful to my father’s age and during all the visits he always spoke to him like he would speak to his own elder brother/father. This is his best quality. My father had been bending forward due to compressed vertebrae. Dr. Vaish suggested we do the Kyphoplasty procedure for his severely collapsed vertebrae. We went ahead with this honest recommendation as Kyphoplasty is a minimally invasive procedure to treat compressed/collapsed vertebrae. He gave us sufficient time and explained the problem and the procedure required to correct the problem with all the details and patiently answered all our questions. Also, since my father already had an MRI of his backbone, he did not ask us to get another MRI from Max Hospital. He used the same MRI. He was also reachable on WhatsApp all the time and responded to my messages/questions promptly. On the day of the procedure, he came to our room in the morning and informed us about the plan. As the procedure finished, he came out of the OT and told me about the post-procedure result like how it went, what are the remaining formalities and when my father could be discharged. Another good thing was he recommended that the procedure be done under local anesthesia. Dr. Vaish’s secretary Ms. Sunita helped us immensely, from getting an appointment with Dr. Vaish for the procedure, to getting a room at the hospital to admit my father (we needed a room as we are not based in NCR). She responded to my messages promptly. The room we took at Max Hospital was clean. Nurses/staff at Max Hospital were also very professional and gladly responded to all our queries. All-in-all, it was a pleasant experience, and I would strongly recommend Dr. Vaish to everybody who is looking not only for a good Neurosurgeon but a good person as well. I consulted Manish Sir in July 2022 when I was referred by Ortho to Neurosurgery department. I had severe L4 , L5 disc compression along with unbearable Sciatic nerves pain. Sir had Given me 2 medicines only and advised to loose weight along with lifestyle modification to delay my surgery. Medicines and advise worked like wonder. on 15th March 23 While travelling to other city due to heavy luggage and wrong posture I got severe lower back pain , MRI was done and as expected compression was moved to next level and I had no option left other than surgery sooner or later . On 19th April I underwent TLIF procedure as advised by Sir . I was extremely furious with General anaesthesia as I had severs OSA . Sir cared me during and post operative phase just like his own kid .I started standing and walking from very next day as per physio advise .
