Don't choose this bus operator and here is my experience with them. I booked tickets for traveling from Chennai to Tirunelveli. I ve chosen Vandalur as boarding point and the scheduled time was 10.45 pm. But the bus was not started on time due to breakdown and it was delayed by two hours. I was still waiting at Vandalur and by around 1 PM the bus driver asked me to come to another boarding station and it was informed to me in the last minute due to which I was not able to perform my journey and in the end I was left stranded at that late night. Think twice before opting for this operator.

I have booked the Bus tickets in redbus. Travelled from sathyamangalam to Chennai. The ticket they charged for this Roshan travels bus was Rs.1350 per berth which is non AC. Since the rate was very high I expected that the bus will be in good condition and seats will be clean enough. But see the pictures which I have attached. As a public you all tell me that is this worth for what I paid which is just 400kms travel. Very very very very worst bus condition and very worst cleanliness. Somebody spilled in the side wall which was not cleaned and some snacks was in the bed which clearly shows they are never cleaning the bus seats. Even government buses are good condition now a days. No charging point, no lights and nothing. Why the hell these people are charging this much. Also bus was half an hour late for boarding itself. Very pathetic. Kindly don't waste your money by booking this bus.

Request not to book thru this travels they are cheaters.i had very bad experience if want to make ur travels memorable go ahead with another travels. Un profesional driver Un hygiene Charging points not working Garbage bus They send pictures of nice bus atlast they will send garbage spare bus.

This is not new roshan, this is Old roshan (மயிரை புடிங்கின ரோஷன்). I have travelled in this bus on 11th December 2022 from nagercoil to chennai. very worst experience i have never met. i was afraid and not slept the whole night while traveling. they have a single old grandfather as a driver. very rude customer service. back side glass was broken & water leaking while raining. all my packaged got wet and even my cloths got dirt. "BEWARE OF THIS BUS". if you booked this now, PLEASE CANCEL THE BOOKING IMMEDIATELY.

Be careful with the price charged. I used the bus service via redbus Ryde. Ended up with a huge arguement on a fraudulent additional kms bill provided by the operator (at the end of trip he demanded money for garage to garage) whereas as per RedBus Terms it shall be charged only from pickup to drop location. Thanks to Redbus customer support for their prompt support. P.S: If you argue for the price, he will end up telling you that literate people are cheaters and that the illiterates give the money he asks. BEWARE!!!

Very very very elethagic , poor response guys please don't book this bus I'm requesting to all...I send a mail to red bus : 12/01/2022 I booked a ticket Chennai to tirunelveli ( New Roshan Travels ). The bus was not picked uped me on the boarding time. I followed many times via phone to bus operator for my boarding  .he simply told, "sir we will pickup you when we reach your boarding place". Finally without any call information they leave alone ..  I'm waited around 3 hrs for boarding they simply left me😒😒 & carry on my money . 💰 . After regarding I called to NRT office  .. here also worst response  ... using abusing words Hope your action is need full . Further this kind of worst transportation service don't add in the red bus service Here I have attached my bus ticket and poor response with abusing word evidence for your reference.

During may I was trvelled in the new roshan bus, booked by sri sivaji tourister for tour from chennai to ooty mysore and bangaluru. The driver is not capable to drive the bus in conjusted places and hills rout. He was complained on the bus that the bus could not operate beyond 2nd gear on hills rout. The tourister revised the tour rout from mysore to chennai via Ooty,instead of mysoru to chennai via bengaluru. Again we suffered on hills rout. Because of driver used the 2nd gear on hills rout we had lost some running hours.

Worst bus ever seen before like this kind of bus. Pls don't book this travells
