Worst place to dine in.. If you want to spoil your mood then do visit them.. 1st floor staff members don't know how to deal with customers.. if we are confirming that the drink is not chilled as per our requirement please replace it.. then we were being asked.. who ll pay for this?? and he kept on talking rudely as we are bound to have their food even if v don't feel like.. ll never visit them again for sure neither I m recommending anyone..

AC was not working the whole stay. We called the reception multiple times but no one came for checking the AC condition. It was so hot and miserable. Price is too high for a lodge having zero hospitality towards customer. Worst experience ever !. Dont ever book this hotel.

I went to the Thai restaurant. I was worried that the frying oil was old and the fried food was black. Other than that good! Price , atmosphere

Very good Environment, Good Food specially for chicken wings fry, Prawn fry, Mushroom pepper fry. Some Beverages Beverages available Vodkha, whiskey, Rum Roof top area very good. Service also good Mr. Antony take care of all things

The hotel is located bag on the poonamallee truck road with parking facilities. It has an restaurant, the ambience of the restaurant is maintained neatly and their staffs are kind and offer good service.

Room service to improve. Morning coffee not supplied to the room ( paid or part of free breakfast) During Dinner , south Indian dishes should be added particularly for senior citizens

The restaurant is so good. Tastes of the food is so excellent, especially fried rice and the starters are all good. Clean and neat presentation of food. Chicken briyani and fried rice are up to the mark. Parking is sufficient.

I am a regular traveller across south india and my experience in this hotel was very much below what I expected. The quality & service provided in this hotel is substandard and it is over-charging by 100%. We get better services & better quality for half the tariff as being charged here. Pathetic...is my feedback.

Pathetic service . Never go there . They will behave cheap .. place only good for people drinking and eating in the bar(drunkards) . U can see other reviews also where people taking about food in the bar.

Went to the restaurant. Had biryani, which was of average taste. No value for money.

Roof top is ok. But resto bar service is poor.

I recently stayed at this place and it is an ok place. But for the price they charge, it could be better. They waste too much water. All the rooms the hot water comes from the roof. To use, you need to waste at least 10/15 buckets of water. What a shame. In TN there is a water scarcity and yet you need to waste water like this? Unacceptable. For that reason I am giving 3 stars.

The restaurant is one of the best places for quality and tasty food. I never got disappointed with any of the items from Ponnis orchid restaurant. Not a remarkable ambience but a decent place in the locality for good food with reasonable pricing.

Starters are tasty at Chariot restaurant. Price also reasonable. Good service overall. Washrooms are clean and well maintained. Less crowded, Good to spend time with family for dinner/lunch.

Wonderful place to hangout with friends. We went to rooftop, good feel to have dinner. Tried my favourite "Thai Chicken Green Curry" it was wonderful taste, must try with white rice 🍚 or chicken fried rice. You will never get disappointed. Looking forward to visit again.

Insufficient space on the terrace. Staff members were utterly uncoordinated at the top floor. The staff at the ground floor bar was unhelpful in providing UPI payment which i thought was pretty shocking.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Located on the main road. Parking space is available right next to the main gate.

Excellent budget hotel. Large clean rooms, staff is vey friendly and helpful. Indian breakfast is great. Bakery, supermarket, atm, electronics store, domino’s and Pizza Hut are all within walking distance.

1st floor restaurant wasn’t good. Food taste is very bad. Bar is costly, but if you wanna enjoy roof top in area it’s right place.
