First of all, they don’t have the plant based meat anymore, which should have been my cue to leave. Currently being staffed by 3 unsupervised teenage girls who were goofing around with their phones and forgot that I was standing there waiting for my order. Got home and food was mislabeled as well as unappetizing. Both sandwiches were very skimpy with filling. I came in after work (I work security), and was still in my security uniform. Not sure if the order name is a crack at police or what, but I will be contacting the franchise owner. And won’t be going back there.

Have had multiple bad experiences with this location, missing food items that I was never compensated for, charged for delivery even though it was advertised as free, management is never at the store to give complaints to and the district manager gave empty promises of fixing things and compensation. Don’t say you are going to send something and then never do! The smoothies are great, but not worth the hassle.

I love the actual smoothies but have been to this location probably 5 times and every time the employees seem miserable. I’ve never been greeted, which isn’t a big deal but they’re unfriendly and seem put off to take your order - not sure if this is just another Gen Z trait, but I would invest in some customer service training. I want to keep coming back but it’s just not a very pleasant experience.

Lindsey and April were both pretty professional & kind to me. It was my first time here & lindsey went out of her way to tell me about the menu based on what I liked! Will be back again. 5 star service!

I got the Strawberry Daiquiri smoothie, and it was very good! The staff was also super friendly, and was willing to add turbinado when I tried it without, and didn't like it.

Smoothies watered down way too much and 10 dollars just because I added one supplement. They also made their supplement scoops smaller. No thanks, so many other smoothie places with better quality. Used to be good but not anymore

Healthiest smoothie option. Prices could be a bit more fair, but the quality is what counts. Cheap food isn’t good & good food isn’t cheap. Plus the customer service is top. T-Mobile tuesdays get you a free smoothie every now and then & I take advantage with an island green.

Mango magic by far the worst flavor ever. Should change the name to mango miserable. Doesn't taste at all like a real mango or pineapple. Tasted like sour nasty pineapple from a can and unripe mango with yogurt. Don't order it.

You have immature kids managing this location who cannot take orders correctly and refuse to walk out to your car for curbside pickup but instead stand there laughing looking at your vehicle instead. There clearly is no professionalism.

Went to this place for the first time, and thier smoothies are awesome! I highly recommend this place if you want a really good smoothie. Also got the grill cheese which was also good! Definitely going to be going back.

I was in the mood for a healthy shake (since I ran out of fruit @ home) & couldn't find any place that sold one delicious, I didn't know what time Tropical Smoothie opens. I came around 9:40 a.m & to my surprise it was open, me & my mom got us a shake & food that the total price was $24! The average smoothie around $8 Great smoothies found here!!

Quiet store with amazing food. I love that I can ask the staff if smoothies are sweet or not. I didn't know that you can sub fruits or veggies to suit your tastes until my last visit. The staff member was super helpful!

Haven't tried there food yet but the smoothies are really good my kids love the lil limeberry check them out.

Went inside to order the mango magic smoothie this morning and the staff was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly, answered all the questions I had, and informed me of the new store locations opening up! The smoothie itself was great expect for the fact that when I placed it down for 2 minutes it had already turned into liquid. I was only able to drink half of it before it became juice.

I love all their smoothies but their food stinks. I ordered a turkey sandwich, not enough dressing, very wilted and old lettuce, and bun tasted old. Way overpriced almost $11

Used to go to this place almost everyday for a smoothie and flatbread. A year ago the cost of a smoothie and flatbread with a side of chips was $10. Now, as of today, it costs $15 for a smoothie and flatbread combo. Definitely not worth it. The base of the smoothies is water, and the flatbreads contain almost no meat. Idk how they justify the cost, even with inflation. Nothing against the employees of this company, but the owners are crazy if they think they can charge that much for such little quantity and quality.

The café was quite busy with a lot of costumers and though that was the situation, the flow of the staff working behind the counter in preparing the orders was so smooth and so well organized that it was an awesome experience. Along with the fast pace in preparation, the demeanor from the staff was all positive, further fueling the greatness in my experience there.

I’ve ordered from tropical smoothie a few times and had a decent experience. Most recently, the website redirected me to a location about 20 min away , without me realizing to be honest (since it always selects the location by my house). So after 40 min round trip I bring my food home and find my salad has no dressing. I called the store to see if they can reimburse me in any capacity and was told by the rep that they need me to return the food in order to refund anything. So be warned, check your order, because when they mess up they will expect you to drive back from your home to prove their error. I work in customer service, and a respectable company owns the error and fixes the mistake. Won’t be ordering here again.
