Cam is amazing he is the reason I come to this starbucks and not others. His personality makes my day every time I'm here. He definitely deserves recognition for his job performance

Employees are rude. They closed the door 15 min before the closing time. Didn’t let me in. Employees acted as if we didn’t matter. I don’t recommend this location. No parking area as well as no manners.

Why is this location drive thru only or pick up? The drive thru line is always sooo long because we can't go in to order. Something needs to change with this location. It is ridiculous that it is only drive thru! I am sure you are losing so much business. You lost mine when I got out of the long drive thru lane today.

I think this is just a Starbucks Training camp. Nothing here tastes like it’s made by someone who knows what they do. Been here 4 times and I don’t know why anything that I order tastes so different and bad compared to other locations.

I am giving 3 stars because I never have an issue with the morning crew. That being said, it seems every time I go in the afternoon, which is numerous times a week, my order comes out wrong. Today we ordered 3 venti vanilla sweet cream cold brews with vanilla sweet cream cold foam. Before the drinks were handed to us we informed them that the cream in the coffee was obviously missing. He then questioned if we were sure that was what we wanted, we said yes and he added the cream. The order labels had it correct. But still it was corrected so no big deal. But then one of the three has some sort of clear syrup at the bottom.. just one. Its staying completely separated from the coffee and wont mix in. Didnt notice it until it was taken out of the carrier when we got back to work or else I would have just asked to a new one. Going to have to just stick to just mornings.

Great coffee, a little over priced, but last time I had a problem with the protein box...They sold me the box at the day it should expire (or the “best by” date), so, it wasn’t fresh at all...The carrots were going white, and the apples were getting darker...and they push the box to the front so you take it...Sorry Starbucks, but your food should be fresh. And to be honest, the employees and manager here are always nice and friendly. Update: I have called Starbucks Customer service and they apologized and resolved the issue...So, thank you Starbucks!

I have been coming to this same starbucks for about 2 years now. The staff is always extremely friendly and go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. Specifically Cam and Bri are some of the sweetest customer service workers i have ever encountered. I rarely ever have issues with my orders, and even when i have, they are minor and are fixed right away. 10/10 recommend this starbucks !

While getting my tire fixed today I took a walk to Starbucks thinking I'll sit there and sip coffee waiting. Outside there were maybe a dozen cars at the drive through so I wondered how full it would be inside. I get in and realize, not one customer inside. Then I realize they have removed all chairs and tables and the only place to drink this coffee is in your car (which I did not have at the time). Are we too busy to sit and drink coffee, too lazy to step inside? I took my coffee and headed back to the tire shop walking through the lawn jumping over bushes because the Starbucks did not have access to a sidewalk (and why would they, everyone is at the drive through). Then I wondered if maybe I just turned 40 and overthinking everything. Still upset the place stored boxes where they normally had tables and chairs to enjoy your drink.

Nice people. They have a great smile. Helps a lot when you are sleepy.

First no parking lot for ordering in store the parking is just for employee and pickup, there is no seating area , we ordered the apple crisp frappe and the apple crisp oatmilk macchiato both taste disgusting I wish I didn't try there fall taste

I do not get it. Coffee palce with out place to sit. Do come here if you want to sit down.

Never a bad Starbucks experience. Staff were nice and friendly. Coffee was good as always.

This place has employees talking bad about customers while placing orders. If you are going to talk about people at least whisper. Could clearly hear someone in the background judging us.

There are no longer sitting area. So sad.

Keep getting orders wrong. Hot vs cold, not the right milk. Too expensive to get things wrong. Last order was suppose to be hot, came iced.

My girlfriend and I came through the drive through at 2pm and Cam served us at the window and they are the sweetest, most kind, customer service friendly person we have run into. Thank you so so much for your kindness and genuine smiles. We appreciate you :)

Very friendly environment. You can hear multiple languages at the same time. The place has a great study table in the corner, it felt like home. One drawbeck can be the place is kinda small for the demand. And parking lot is also a little small, not enough for people visiting the coffee shop. Well, that's all I guess. Will visit again for sure ☕👌

When did this one turn into drive thru only ? It's ok I didn't go in anyway. Great staff at this store..love it.

I told them I wanted extra sweet cream foam at the window. The male at the drive through gives me a rude tone. Then, I do not get extra foam at the window. Then, they charge me $1.42 and give me a tiny amount. Go somewhere else. Dunkin is better.

I used to love coming to this location, but lately I been having nothing but bad experiences here. I pay a lot of money for my drinks, and my drinks haven’t been made correctly anymore. Baristas are also rude if they hate their jobs so much then they should just stay home.
