Based on my experience with Ajay Modi as a travel agent, I'm sorry to say that I had a negative experience with the hotel room provided to me in Barckot. The lack of a window in a cold temperature can be quite uncomfortable, and the absence of water supply is definitely an inconvenience. However, I cannot fault Ajay Modi for these issues since they were likely beyond their control. Nonetheless, it's important for travel agents to consider the comfort and convenience of their clients, and to ensure that they are not placed in difficult situations like the one you experienced. Tour manager of Govindghat was taking commissions without disclosing them to me, that is certainly concerning. Tour manager are expected to be transparent about any commissions or fees they receive for their services, and they should not be taking advantage of their clients in any way. In situations where a tour manager is suspected of taking undisclosed commissions, it's important to raise the issue with them and request clarification on any fees or charges you may be incurring. It was wonderful experience with Vijay Singh Rathore as our tour manager in Guptkashi Vijay Singh Rathore was instrumental in ensuring that our visit to Kedarnath went smoothly. it's always important to express appreciation for good service

Thanks to Ajay Modi Travels Pvt Ltd. We 9 people have had Amazing experience with Ajay Modi Travels Pvt Ltd, during our 7 night Srinagar Tour. Great hospitality received from Ajay Modi Travels. Amazing quality food with great taste for all days including breakfast. Hotel at Gulmerg was really a five star with great service. We received good and prompt response from all their managers at Srinagar, Gulmerg, Sonamarg, Dushpathti and special thanks to manager Devangbhai. Even they prepared my LTC file perfectly. Only suggession from our side is that you should give the stay at Gulmerg hotel on previous night of Gondala ride booking, menas you should make tourist reachable on previous night of Gondala booking, so that they can reach there early after taking breakfast and can enjoy quality time till noon and then you can take them back to Srinagar or to next place. Worst to worst service experience (vaishnav devi 5 day tour) in my 15 year travel history . Hotel does not provide warm water for bath, No working condition of TV, drinking water and fan. Ajay modi and staff are completely liar, irresponsible and misguide during the trip. During the Patanitop-hill station visit, To get the commission from Skyline-Ropway service they cheat the 72 passengers and does not show the patanitop Hill station. After long fight and debate manager suggest us to travel a Patanitop and Shivkodi in one day, its impossible to cover two places That shows manager don't have any kind of knowledge, planning and service oriented approch. Owner Ajay Modi's attitude on phone was rough. We make written complain to them as well we are creating a video that shows their service and attitude. Travel in any other company, but don't WASTE YOUR HARD ERNED MONEY IN AJAY MODI TOUR.

Guest houses are still better than their Deluxe Hotel rooms. They failed to provide even proper hygiene rooms in hotels. (We pay for deluxe tour it doesn’t mean we don’t have rights for clean & hygiene rooms). Average quality food. I will never recommend Ajay Modi to anyone. Once you fully pay them, you can’t do anything. They will not respond you properly when you call them during tour. Poor tour managers: They are like novice, not capable to manage more customers on board. Not properly able to convey messages to customers. Ajay Modi – my worst selection for tour. Last but not least : Check their pattern of rating reviews (Ahmedabad Office). After every negative but genuine rating & review, they push fake 5 star ratings (without any text reviews written) to maintain overall Ratings. Most of these 5 Star rating people have only 1 review so far & that is for Ajay Modi only. 1. Our tour guide/manager Mr. Naineshbhai called us at Delhi railway station for before starting our tour. He guided us very nicely. After that they have arranged our brackfast and lunch. His guidance approach and behaviour was polite and gentle. 2. Food of hotels at both place shimla and Manali was testy with many varieties. 3. Hotel space, decoration, services were awesome. 4. Ajay Modi tours have arranged music party and different games also and that was lovely.
