Very very worst experience at Toni&Guy Avadi. I went ter for Haircoloring. Totally they spoiled my hair. My hair started falling out while the senior stylist dng the hair blonde itself. I don’t know what type of chemicals he used for blonding. All my hair was fallen out after entire hair colouring. And i have noticed itching in my scalp after hair colouring. I started getting itching and scalp infection, which is present even after 20 days.The worst experience I would have ever got in my life. Just took these snaps after 5 mins of colouring. All my hair has gone. They casually told it was not ter fault and when I showed the other staff and managers they did not even say a word. They got scared and baffled seeing the art he made on my head. For this haircoloring i have paid 6000/- and they have told me to pay 12000/- in the starting. Just think twice or thrice before gng for haircoloring. Only money minded and they don't value the customer.

Have got my very first "Heel peel treatment" (1000rs) & pedicure (600rs)!! Liked it quite very much!! Heel peep treatment was done by Saranya and pedicure by Viji!! They both did a good job!! Adding photos of my feet 😜 and also the cost of other pedicures

This is the first time I’m visiting this branch. I went for hair spa. The service was done by Nivetha & it was good. The massages were too good. They offered me some clubbed offer package of 6500₹ & a 1000₹ coupon. I found it very beneficial. No doubt Tony & guy is always best for their hair services. I would highly recommend them. 👍🏼

I don't know about other staff. But today I went for hair cut to start a fresh day from tomorrow with confident. But know what a guy did a hair cut for me and spoiled the whole thing and another guy came and fixed it to not look too much awkward. Very much disappointed. The incharge didn't ask me for money since its their mistake. Please if you don't know to style up. Tell frankly don't spoil others hair like this. What you guys did to me is just one day for you. But I have to see my hair untill my hair grows back again i feel like suing you guys. You guys spoiled my mental peace.Never going to visit this place again. I m going to raise a complain against ur branch. At toni and guy. Very disappointed.
