SCAM ALERT We all know arcades have some games that are tailor made for scamming. However we witnessed one in this that was "in your face" scam. Date 25th September 2022. Roughly 6 PM. The value of the game is 150 bucks and the scissors that cuts the string did not work. There was no one to supervise this game. I called the supervisor and it didn't work in front of him. So 300 bucks lost till then. The technician came. With his card it worked and the scissor moved out. So I tried it in the presence of the supervisor and technician. The scissor came out, reached the string but didn't cut. After spending 450 rupees the supervisor said the tip of the cutting device is the sharp portion and not the whole scissors. He Points to a small stamp size image stating "look it's already shown here. You should see before playing" They didn't even take the effort to tell how it works fully and in detail before I tried the third time. Zero ethics . My wife asked his name and the supervisor refused to give it and hid his face with the mask. None of them were wearing the mask until I took my phone out to record. I shot videos too and am gonna take this up legally. Posting images of the machine, manager , supervisor etc. For your reference. I have videos too. Don't be scammed outrageously.

It was amazing experience. The whole place was completely clean and loved the ambience in there. It was my first time visiting there. I didn't try the food counters; I went to see the shops with variety of things. The arrangement of things was perfectly aligned. The shop arrangers must have a great organisational skill. I like books a lot. So as usual I went to book store, and bought a book that was pleasing. Right outside after exiting the mall, while walking on the left. There are these shops with tasty desserts. I tried Brownie + Ice cream. It was ₹99 and I felt like, it was worth it.For the first time, I saw a speaker that looks like a rock. These 'rock like speakers' are kept all around(outside) the mall.Neat and clean with plenty of place to sit and enjoy. Most of brand shops available for shopping.... Food court offers variety of choices at reasonable cost. Not the best place for digital shopping.... Limited range. Good place to hangout with family and friends. Directions at places makes cruising easier... transportation service is not available near by so prefer private transport to access this mall ...

Suitable for all age group nice ambience, will have gud fun with friends and family. must visit place and cost is high but by wining the tickets we can buy the gift.

Excellent experience... 200rs per person.. 7min duration.. Worth for money.. Above 5 years only allowed...

The arcade is absolutely amazing, neon lights and ambiance is on point, bowling alley and bumper cars both look fabulous and price is the same as other arcades in malls, a wide variety of video games and also a one-of-a-kind VR Arkadia where you can play co op games for fun. Don't know much about the kids play area, obviously not my thing 😀 very good experience overall, gonna be my go-to place for bowling. Looks like VR Chennai is the first mall to have a duopply for arcade games as there is also a fun city outlet here.

I had a blast at Timezone! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the variety of games and activities kept me and my friends entertained for hours. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the prices were reasonable. I especially loved the 'Take it All' game, which was so much fun. Overall, I highly recommend Timezone in VR Mall for anyone looking for a fun and exciting way to spend some time with friends or family. Can't wait to come back and try out some more games!

We visited timezone on vr mall today. Lots of game attractions and toys to be won. Staffs here are friendly especially Mr.Anwar he helped and guided us to understand the game functions and explained various offers like the double dollar offer

Visited Timezone that's situated inside VR MALL today and i gotta say it was so much fun. This is my first time at a bowling place and Timezone was worth the experience! ✨

Our kids had a lot of fun. They had no heart to come back from the fun City 🌆🌆. Very expensive though.

OMG.. I had the best experience in Timezone, VR mall. I just randomly bumped into this place with my friend to kill our time. Mr.Ashok suggested us to try the bowling, we were very skeptical initially but he taught us how to bowl which incited our confidence and ended up bowling like a pro. Mr.Ashok also suggested us to try the bumper car, trust me that dashing car was the best. We were getting old memories of our childhood. This place has become a stress buster in recent times. I would strongly recommend you to give this place a try! You’ll surely love the bowling and bumper car.

Went there twice with friends during recent trip to India, for bowling especially. The music was horrendously loud in addition to being filthy rap music that included many degrading and profane references to women's anatomy. There were lots of ladies and children in the area. I felt very disgusted on their behalf. Even decent men should avoid such put downs of women that view women only as sexual objects. We quickly left the facility. I have a wife and daughters and many lady acquaintances; it just did not seem appropriate to remain in that environment.

Such a fun place to play cool games. Time flies by timezone. Mr. Vignesh was very helpful and fun. Bumper game was so fun to ride. Most requested place to hangout with friends to chill and fun!!
