Worest service, only buildup don't go here, don't waste your money. Really worest service. therapies are money minded and staff are not professional they don't have proper training. Not worth for money. Worest response by ppl. I am misbehaving with your staff let it be like that. I won't remove this review. I'm a regular customer I'm came to here service last 2month I really recommend this spa now I'm regular client here.... Especially therapist Ms Divya.She is patient, personal caring good hospitality and good customer rapport

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED. Staff are money minded. They will try to collect maximum amount for your pocket. if I ask for refund they are telling will release the CCTV footage. do this way you will blackmailing a customer.

1 star is still a rating. They should be glad. Would give a 3* for the ambience but a negative rating for the masseur. Paid in advance and didn’t get the committed time slot, the masseur was edgy and least interested from the beginning. Wasted money and time. Best avoided.
